Two new isoflavone glycosides, millesianins F (1) and G (2), along with 11 known ones (3–13) have been isolated from then-butanol extract of the vine stems ofMillettia dielsianaHarms. The structures of1and2were established as cladrastin 7-O-β-d-apiofuranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-d-glucopyranoside (1) and fujikinetin 7-O-β-d-apiofuranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-d-glucopyranoside (2) by means of spectroscopic analysis and chemical methods. Two new eudesmane-type sesquiterpene lactones were isolated from the roots of Inula racemosa and their structures were elucidated as 3β-hydroxy-11α,13-dihydroalantolactone (1) and 11α-hydroxy-eudesm-5-en-8β,12-olide (2). Abstract: Three new 2-arylbenzofurans named wittifuran H, wittifuran I and wittifuran U (1–3) were obtained during our ongoing investigation of an ethanol extract from the stem bark of Morus wittiorum. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data.
