The stabilizing effect on the resistance to ozone aging of polydieneurethane elastomers of new compositions based on polyfluorinated alcohol immobilized on a montmorillonite "carrier" introduced into the polymer at the stage of its preparation was studied. Structural and morphological features of the surface of elastomers were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and electron and atomic force microscopy. It was revealed that intercalation of macromolecular chains of the matrix polymer is observed in the intralayer spaces of fluorine-containing organoclay with an increase in the degree of structural perfection of the macromolecular system, contributing to an increase in the ozone resistance of the obtained fluorine-containing materials. The article discusses the study which examines the impact of ozone in plane stress state of polyurethanes. The study tests polydiene urethane (PDU) composites from Krasol-grade oligomers of various molecular weight M, PDI-1K (divinylisoprene), and hydroxyl containing oligomer SKDP-N (divinylpiperylene) through optical microscopy and infrared (IR) fourier spectroscopy. Result shows that polyurethanes' ozone sensitivity depends on molecular weight characteristics (MWCs).
