Santa Fe Energy Resources Inc (SFER) has increased the oil production of its Kern River project with a $5 million, 5-year redevelopment project. Oil production has rising to 4,000 barrels per day (b d), from 1,600 b d. Operating costs have also dropped to $4 b d, from $8 b d.
