The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan for the new fast food concept called SnackMaster, where small, hot meals will be prepared using high quality and fresh ingredients, especially from local farmers. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part includes the basic concepts of business, the characteristics and the structure of the business plan. The practical part of the thesis deals with the business plan for the project itself. The greatest emphasis is put on the financial plan, which is made for the purpose of the founder only for the first year of business activity. The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the viability of the project, to analyze competitors and suppliers, to select a suitable location for the realization of this business idea and last but not least to identify necessary financial resources.

Aim of the thesis is to create a business plan for a small specialized travel agency to assess and verify feasibility of the plan at today's very competitive tourism market. Benefit of this thesis is usability of findings and created business plan in practice. The work may also serve for preparation and realization of other business projects in the field of tourism, or as a general example of how to create a business plan. The purpose of my bachelor work is conditions comparison of conducting business activity in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. Bachelor work has been divided into two main parts. The aim of this master's thesis is to demonstrate a business plan tailored for a microbrewery located in the city of Tábor. The thesis consists of two sections. The first being a theoretical part introducing entrepreneurship in general and its application into the small and medium enterprises sector. The goal of this thesis is to analyze whole new market of touch devices. It describes main competitors of this market and tries to uncover reasons of their success. Main focus of this paper is to descibe new concepts of those touch devices, which through its disruptive inovations created whole new trend in the field of information technology. Another goal of this thesis is to describe ways of doing business with those devices. To do this, thesis focuses on applications for touch devices, mainly on Apple devices and operationg systém iOS. After that thesis defines few forms in which this business can be done (which are basically forms of application development). Because of that thesis is further focused mainly on applications themselves. App Store, as a revolutionary distribution method for applications, is described in detail. In the end of this paper there is a complete example of creating application.

The aim of this thesis is to assess the gaps in theoretical planning to implement a business plan. Analysis carried out on a real project of iStavitel Ltd. by comparing the status of the project after the first year of its historic run to the business plan. A sub-goal is to suggest the development of the company, after unfulfilled potential of the original business plan. The work also contains some less common methods used in internet marketing.
