The bachelor's thesis addresses the issues of the Police of the Czech Republic, its position within the Integrated Rescue System and its performance in the normal state and subsequently in the event of a state of emergency, which was declared in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic. The work is divided into two parts, the first part is theoretical and the second is practical. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into several chapters and subchapters, while the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis characterizes the Integrated Rescue System, describes its activities in the event of an emergency and lists and describes its basic components, most of which is devoted to the Police of the Czech Republic. Regarding the Police of the Czech Republic, the theoretical part describes important aspects, such as the characteristics of this component, its composition or the performance of basic tasks. In connection with these tasks, the last part of the theoretical part contains the issue of the declared most important emergencies in the Czech Republic, which lists all the declared emergencies in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic and related measures within the Police of the Czech Republic. In the practical part, the research was carried out using a questionnaire survey, which was intended for members of the Police of the Czech Republic. The aim of the questionnaire was to find out whether the police of the Czech Republic managed the situation that arose in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic and whether this situation affected the performance of the service and the service of the performing police. The questionnaire survey was developed into graphs and pictures and the information obtained was interpreted and described in more detail in the discussion. The questionnaire survey showed that the Police of the Czech Republic, thanks to the police officers who are a solid base of this unit and approached the crisis situation in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic with great respect, managed to face the Covid-19 pandemic, both internally and personnel. to the tense atmosphere that prevailed among the public. Although the police perceived a certain concern, especially the recovery of their loved ones and lacked contact with other colleagues after the regime measures were adopted, they did not feel psychologically affected due to their personal preconditions on the basis of their recruitment and the new situation was handled with complete professionalism.

The bachelor thesis analyzes the knowledge of police officers of the Regional Police Directorate of the South Bohemian Region in the performance of the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in the event of a radiation extraordinary event and analyzes the equipment of the Regional Police Directorate of the South Bohemian Region with protective equipment for a radiation emergency. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with an integrated rescue systém and its basic components, a radiation extraordinary events and their history and classification, a problematics of an ionizing radiation and its effects on a human organism, a radiation protection and a tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in the radiation extraordinary event at Temelín Nuclear Power Plant. The research part of the bachelor thesis is carried out using a questionnaire survey and an interview with the staff of the Crisis Management Department of the Police of the Czech Republic in České Budějovice. Questionnaires were distributed to police officers of the Regional Police Directorate of the South Bohemian Region, from whom quantitative research was conducted. With the help of a questionnaire survey, the unpreparedness of the police officers of the Regional Police Directorate of the South Bohemian Region in the area of performing the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in the event of a radiation extraordinary event was found. The results did not reach the success rate, which was set at 70 %. Police officers who have a nuclear power plant in their region should have more knowledge in this area. By studying the professional literature, the External Emergency Plan of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant, the documentation of the Regional Police Directorate of the South Bohemian Region and based on the interview, it was found that the amount of protective equipment available in a radiation emergency available to the Regional Police Directorate of the South Bohemian Region is sufficient due to the number of serving police officers.

Title: Overview of knowledge of children in primary and secondary school about the integrated rescue system. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out what knowledge students in primary and secondary school have about the integrated rescue system. Furthermore, to compare individual answers of students between the two schools. Methods: For this research, an electronic questionnaire was created on the survio.com website. Results: Pupils from both schools have a great overview of the integrated rescue system. The high school students answered flawlessly, with some exceptions. The topic of the diploma thesis "Comparison of the readiness of executive and commanding police officers of the South Bohemian Region to deal with an AMOK emergency" was chosen with regard to the long-term professional interest of the author of the thesis; at the same time, the author tried to choose a topic and elaboration, which could bring a certain benefit and insight into the extraordinary event of AMOK - an active shooter's attack. The first theoretical part of the thesis deals with a review of literature and legislation relating to crisis management, emergencies and protection of the population. It also describes the activities of the police in relation to the intervention in an AMOK emergency - an active shooter attack. The second part of the thesis describes the research and the results of the research are processed. The research goal of the diploma thesis was to get an answer to the research question "What is the level of readiness of executive and commanding police officers included in the Regional Police Directorate of the South Bohemian Region to deal with an "AMOK emergency - active shooter attack". Quantitative research was used to obtain research results and to answer the research question. Data for the research were obtained by a questionnaire survey. The answers obtained in the questionnaire survey were subsequently evaluated. The results themselves are described and discussed in detail in the "Results" chapter. The author believes that the goal of the thesis was met since the answer to the research question is that the level of readiness of executive police officers is almost identical to the level of readiness of commanding police officers. The level of readiness is good, but on the selected scale it reaches the final mark 3. This diploma thesis can serve both professionals and lay public.

The diploma thesis as a report on applied quantitative research met a global goal and three sub-goals. The global goal (system analysis of the role of the police of the Czech Republic in the Integrated Rescue System and the definition of internal structural levels characterizing the police of the Czech Republic) was met in the theoretical part. The global goal of the research led to the construction of questionnaires reflecting the basic parameters of the initial theory (theory of civil protection) in the field of activity of the Police of the Czech Republic and generated three partial goals. These sub-objectives were associated with the verification of operationalized hypotheses H1, H2, H3. H1: The empirical distribution of lay knowledge about the activities of the Police of the Czech Repulic in the selected region is close to the normal distribution. H2: Empirical distribution of experts' knowledge of the activities of the Police of the Czech Republic in the selected region is a distant distribution to the normal. H3: The knowledge of lay people and experts about the activities of the Police of the Czech Republic within the Integrated Rescue System is different at the selected level of statistical significance. Hypothesis H1 and H2 were verified using descriptive and mathematical statistics. Hypothesis H3 was verified using methods of mathematical statistics. The system analysis method was used to meet the global goal. One-dimensional and two-dimensional statistical analysis methods were used to meet the sub-objectives and thus to confirm the hypothesis. The benefits of the work include practical and theoretical benefits. Theoretical benefits include confirmation of the applicability of two-dimensional and one-dimensional statistical analyzes associated with the study of research variables "Knowledge of lay people", "Knowledge of experts", "Types of theoretical distributions". Practical benefits include the normality of knowledge among the generel public and the declared distance from normality among experts. The question is whether the observed distance of normality in experts is large enough or should be even higher. It is the examination of the determined distance of normality in experts could be the task of follow-up work. It would also be good to focus on analyzing the results of the answers to the individual questions of the questionnaire. Any identified deficiencies could be reflected in strengthening the training of experts in the identified areas.

Title: Dog training for the Police of the Czech Republic Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to summarize information about the use and training of service dogs for the Police of the Czech Republic. Methods: To work out this thesis the search for study sources and recherche of obtained study sources was used. The analysis of the obtained data was performed and the method of synthesis was used for their connection. Results: The result of this thesis is a description of the training of service dogs for the Police of the Czech Republic, a summary of their use and a description of the breeds that are most often used. This bachelor thesis is focused on "The training of climbing units of the basic services of Integrated Rescue System". The thesis is divided to the theoretical and research part. The theoretical part contains the division of basic units of Integrated Rescue System, their development at work at height and basics of methodology for professional climbing training. The theoretical part also consists of necessery means for the training and their further implementation in the work at height. The research part took form of qualitative research. It focuses on mapping out the issue of professional climbing training of the climbing groups in the basic services of Integrated Rescue System. The research part also consists of mapping out climbing equipment necessery needed for the climbing units intervention. Data acquisition took form of semi-structured interviews in which participated 8 climbers from ranks of the Fire Rescue Service in the South Bohemia region, Special Reaction Unit of the Regional Police Directorate for the South Bohemia region and Emergency Medical Service in the South Bohemia region. Due to absence of the uniform climbing methodology among the basic units of Integrated rescue services this bachelor thesis can serve as an approach of professional climbing training among these units and outline the difference between them.

The bachelor thesis "The knowledge of providing first aid of the members of the Police of the Czech Republic in South Bohemia Region" focuses on first aid and individual components of the Integrated Rescue System. At the beginning of the theoretical part I will focus on the history of first aid and its current procedures and methods. Furthermore, I will mention providing first aid for particular conditions, where I will focus on situations that can immediately put us at risk of life, including unconsciousness, choking and bleeding. The injuries of limbs can also endanger our lives, therefore I chose a fracture. In the second part, I will describe the individual components of the integrated rescue system, their purpose and operations. The ultimate point is the education of Czech police officers, which takes place at secondary schools with a school-leaving examination (A-levels) or at higher police schools. Last but not least, training is provided through qualification courses, seminars and lectures provided by the Ministry of the Interior. In the practical part, two goals and three research questions were set, which I answered by evaluating the completed questionnaires. The main aim of the thesis was to assess the current state of basic knowledge and skills of the Czech Police regarding first aid and whether the age or length of work experience of respondents influences the depth of this knowledge. The questionnaire concentrated on basic knowledge of first aid, which should be provided by each of the integrated rescue system components. 50 respondents from selected workplaces of the South Bohemian Region participated in the questionnaire survey. Subsequent results were graphically depicted for a better understanding. In conclusion, research has found that, apart from a few exceptions, the current state of the knowledge of first aid is at a good level, nevertheless those should be deepened in certain areas.

The subject of the diploma thesis was a statistical investigation of selected cynological parameters of regional directorates of the Police of the Czech Republic and identification of levels of their service cynology. Levels of service cynology of the Police of the Czech Republic are described by the level of research (Chapter 1.1), the level of legislation (Chapter 1.2), the structural level (Chapter 1.3, 1.5, 1.6), the institutional level (Chapter 1.4) and the level of applied informatics (chapters associated with data collection). The fulfillment of the second objective, connected with the investigation of selected parameters of the service cynology of the Police of the Czech Republic can be described through the verification of operationalized hypotheses. The research confirmed that the division of service dogs of the Police of the Czech Republic within the individual regional police directorates behaves normally and is described by the Gauss curve. The second hypothesis can also be partially confirmed from the point of view of the expected link between the number of service dogs and the length of training. The plane of applied informatics is not sufficiently advanced in this area and does not capture the necessary data in the database of the Police of the Czech Republic. The third hypothesis confirmed that the selected canine parameters (numbers of deployment of individual types of service dogs of the Police of the Czech Republic and the numbers of active results achieved) correlate only slightly positively, but positive correlation was proved. Also, linear regression (after SV type exclusion) proved to be compatible with the correlation analysis performed. The data were collected from statistics of the Czech Statistical Office and statistics of the Police of the Czech Republic. The level of applied informatics of police statistics is not sufficient and thus it was not possible to work according to the original intention. Exact data on dog training were missing. The contribution of the diploma thesis can be seen in the theoretical level (applicability of two-dimensional statistical analyzes to the level of service cynology of the Police of the Czech Republic) and the practical level. The correlation between the number of service dogs and the number of active results was proved with the statistical survey.

Bachelor's work concerns the particular area of the Police of the Czech Republic and other components of the integrated rescue system in the context of extraordinary events. The theme is restricted to the legal regulation, which uses the Police of the Czech Republic by operations as part of interventions in extraordinary events. The point is a theoretical probe into legal norms mainly. This norms said region of the Police of the Czech Republic govern. These standards regulate the area of the Police of the Czech Republic. The work uses method of analysis mainly. Individual legal norms and the specific regulations of these legal norms are discussed in detail and their content seems to be related to the specific themes. Using the methods of selection were chosen specific extraordinary events, which the author devotes individually. These extraordinary events are: Amok - active shooter attack, exhaustive intentions of suicide, traffic accidents, finding or threat of use explosive device, avian accidents, Finding B - agents, Realized and verified using radiological weapons. The core of this Bachelor's work is the analysis of each of the above mentioned extraordinary events, both the activities of the Czech Police and other activities of the Integrated Rescue System. Individual activities of the Integrated Rescue System are closely linked and even meet the legal norms on many levels, what can create many difficult situations as emergencies, soon as during their administration and evaluation. The author analyzes not the basic legal standards only, the law, but also other bylaws and internal normative directive. Bachelor's work explores the use of legal norms in extraordinary events, especially by the Police of the Czech Republic, which uses a large number of legal norms. From constitutional law, through laws, decrees, implementing Government decrees, to a wealth of internal normative directive. Bachelor's work tries to describe these legal norms that interfere with the work of the integrated rescue system during activities in extraordinary events. Based on this analysis of the legal norms use in the operation Police of the Czech Republic of the integrated rescue system in extraordinary events, it is assembled evaluation, results. There are mentioned fundamental legal norms mainly, that are used in extraordinary events. Next, this bachelor's work uses the method of synthesis, particularly in relation to the statistics that are mentioned in one of the chapters. The author describes a synthetic method of keeping statistics, problems caused by keeping statistics by various indicators and various components of the integrated rescue system. Despite this fact are given concrete results produced by this synthesis. The usability of this work primarily is in its structural concept. It is systemised summary of the legal norms, that are used not only by the Czech Police in extraordinary events. By intent are selectively mentioned only isolated cases of extraordinary events, because the absolute list of extraordinary events probably can not assemble and even if it were possible, it would significantly beyond the extent of this bachelor's work. Although it is clear that each particular extraordinary event is individual and can not therefore be clearly stated that the legal standards for various types of extraordinary events will be used, in this bachelor's work can be found schematic list of laws that especially the Police of the Czech Republic in individual selected extraordinary events. Another use of this bachelor's work is possible in the context of crisis management, or in the preparation of crisis plans, which can be used analyzed the different legal standards or specific provisions mainly.

Title: Testing comparison ofprofessional physical performance of selected components of the IRS and the utilisation of acquired knowledge in the Czech Republic Army. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to analyse the ways of testing of the examination of the professional physical performance of selected segments of IRS, their comparison and the potentials of implementation of the obtained results into the Czech Army's conditions. Methods: In this piece of work we have used methods routinely used during the examination of physical activitiesand methods of educational research. Results: The identification of differences in testing of physical performance between the Czech Republic Army and selected groups of IRS and recommendation for the implementation of testing of professional physical performance in the Czech Republic Army. This diploma thesis is the creation of a document which clearly contains the legal powers of the Czech police that can be used in practice in the event of an extraordinary situation, where it is possible to assume the necessity of entering a building. The main objective of the work is to find out and evaluate the knowledge and preparedness of the police officers under the Regional Directorate of the Police of the South Bohemian Region to execute entrance into a building. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with defining the basic concepts of the Czech Police and the Integrated Rescue Services (IRS). It also focuses on the issue of entry into a building for the protection of life, health and property, during evacuation, and also for extraordinary events requiring the application of selected types of IRS activities where a police officer is the overall commander. In the practical part, two hypotheses are designated for research. The main hypothesis assumes that police officers are adequately acquainted with the issue regarding entering a building. The secondary hypothesis assumes a statistically significant difference in the level of knowledge between senior staff and younger police officers. Data for the research was obtained through quantitative research by questionnaire. The arithmetic average was used to verify the main hypothesis. To verify the secondary hypothesis, two sample sets were determined and the data were statistically processed using a two-sample t-test. The result of the research is the non-confirmation of both hypotheses, and therefore, that police officers are not sufficiently familiar with the issue concerning the entering of a building and that the difference in knowledge between senior officers and younger police officers is not statistically significant.

The diploma thesis is focused on service cynology of the Police of the Czech Republic and its use in an Integrated Rescue System focusing on emergencies. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on analysis and synthesis of magazine and book literature, as well as professional Internet resources. It deals mainly with the areas of the integrated rescue system, the Police of the Czech Republic as an armed security corps, Service Cynology of the Police of the Czech Republic, as well as its comparison with the Police Cynology of the Police Force of the Slovak Republic. The qualitative research with the structured interview method with open questions was used for the empirical part of the thesis. A total of 17 questions were set for the interview. Due to this method the information to answer a research question "What is the use of the service cynology of the Czech Republic Police in an integrated emergency system? " was obtained by Lieutenant Colonel Mgr. Michael Baloun from the Department of Service Cynology and Hipology of the Directorate of the Police Service of the Police Presidium of the Czech Republic. The results of the thesis show that Service Cynology of the Czech Police has its application in the integrated emergency system and that is why it is an important part of the Police of the Czech Republic, one of the basic components of the integrated rescue system. In practice, the diploma thesis will serve to improve the awareness of the lay public and also as a comprehensive information material for the professional public as well as for teaching purposes.

Risk analysis is a very important keystone for preparation of the rescue system during a disastrous situation. It defines risks which are needed for the rescue system in given timeline. It also provides basic data regarding necessary preparation of rescue forces and resources within the defined area. Of course it is not the most perfect instrument for crisis set-up as it cannot, on the whole, express the risks and threats while talking about recent phenomenon such as terrorism etc. In these cases risk analysis can only come out from scenarios and geopolitical situations or experiences from previous disasters that the world has already experienced. Risk analysis answers questions such as - what can happen, how it will happen, where this could happen, how many people can be in danger or affected. The result is a model system of an operation during this nonstandard disastrous situation for the whole system which is ready to help the people in danger. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis describes characteristic of the area, where the risk analysis was made for Integrated Rescue System set-up, risks according to specific industrial activities and public health risks. The following chapters are dedicated to specific basic and other elements of the Integrated Rescue System, the basic elements are stated in further details. The most detailed part is the paramedics, because the risk analysis focuses primarily on their activities within the framework of incidents affecting public health. Within this topic the legislative basis is written in detail, in the meaning of Type Activities, levels of alarms, trauma plans, activation of forces and resources of Integrated Rescue System in case of public health affection report and other law-based keystones for the operation of basic elements, laws, regulations, statutory rules, declaratory regulations and other documents, complemented by Crisis Management problems. The operation of Fire Fighter Department, Police of the Czech Republic and other elements of the Integrated Rescue System is also stated up according to the thesis topic including a chapter about a co-operation of all above mentioned elements in a place of mass people endangerment. Health Care Crisis Management chapter closes the theoretical part of the thesis, and it is an integral part of managing disastrous situations in order to maintain the standard care administration even outside the area of disastrous incidents. The trauma plan of Paramedic provider and in-patient or day-care providers is being studied trough in detail right in this chapter. Summarized data within the health care securement in municipalities with extended effectiveness including the surrounded medical facilities can be found in the practical part of this thesis. According to data collection the summary of the most critical events the Paramedics had to deal with in Kralupy nad Vltavou selected municipalities with extended effectiveness in the last fifteen years. Ten years ago the methodical Integrated Rescue System training with focus on operational cooperation was carried out as a terroristic attack in Kralupy nad Vltavou. The results of this training came out as comments with actual risks and threats in the chapter called "Results". The core of the practical part is Medical Risk Analysis according to FMEA risk analysis compared with risk analysis from municipality with extended effectiveness listed in the Emergency plan of Central Bohemia Region. Based on the research forces and resources of basic integrated rescue system components are mentioned, which were the first to be sent to solve a disastrous situation including medical equipment. In conclusion of the practical part risk modelling with situation review is mentioned.

The bachelor thesis is focused on protection of domestic violence victims through the institute reporting. The Institute is reporting police officer's authorization pursuant to Act No. 273/2008 Coll., about the Police of the Czech Republic. In the introduction of this thesis there is described the basic division, development of the whole problem, aims of work and the way to achieve these objectives. Theoretical part presents basic characteristics of the Institute's recognition as a part of domestic violence, lists and other basic components of integrated rescue system that interventions can participate in such events. Furthermore, theoretical part describes characteristic of a selected part of the city of Pilsen, where the research was conducted to achieve the objectives of this thesis. It is defined in details what exactly the home violence is, what are its characteristics and forms, which regulate violence at home and institute reporting Czech legal order stating the list of legal standards that relate to home violence and the characteristics of the content of these standards to the whole issue. There has been studied necessary laws, standards, literature and other information sources. In this theoretical part there is described in details ordering violent out as possible and institute reporting procedure Patrol Police of the Czech Republic on site at the event with signs of home violence in case of the use of the Institute's recognition. This section is divided into the notification and exit Patrol Police of the Czech Republic in place, place guards on arrival and entry into the dwelling procedure patrols in the dwelling itself and the implementation of recognition by the patrols, including other related measures. Also in this section, some tactical and security policies of the police action, a possible approach from a psychological point of view, in terms of the Act and, if necessary, subsequent implementation reporting. This proposed procedure creates a kind of basic possible model patrol of Police of the Czech Republic on the site. The proposed procedure also mentions the legitimate other components of the integrated rescue system, or institutions that may participate in such an intervention.The aim of the study was to investigate the experience of police officers, who on the selected part within the city of Pilsen in the performance of services solved notice signs of domestic violence triggered by other components of integrated rescue system in place to investigate events and knowledge to selected part of the population within the city of Pilsen, who met with domestic violence. The research part of the thesis deals with hypotheses and methodology of work. To meet objectives of work and test hypotheses structured questionnaire was used for the target group of respondents - police and residents on the selected area within the city of Pilsen. Questions for police officers were focused on domestic violence in general, use of the Institute's recognition in case of intervention in the event the signs of home violence in the intervention of the other components of the integrated rescue system, the nature of intervening units, the reason for their intervention and the knowledge of persons related to domestic violence and institute reporting on the present location of the event with signs of domestic violence. Questions for residents were focused on their knowledge about domestic violence, institute reporting and personal experience of the issue. The results of the survey and subsequent discussion of the hypotheses of this study showed that in the case of intervention of the other components of the integrated rescue system in place home violence usually does not use the Institute's recognition. The other components of the Integrated Rescue System, except the Police of the Czech Republic, is participating in interventions in particular, this group of emergency medical services because of the provision.......

In this thesis, is compared to the basic operation of the integrated rescue system operating procedures in Pardubice and Hradec Králové region in the years 2008-2012 for the thesis were two objectives, the first objective is to assess the activities of the essential components of the integrated rescue system operating procedures, the second goal a proposal on measures to improve the activities that facilitate the work of the basic components of the integrated rescue system with mutual cooperation. It was determined one hypothesis, the basic operation of the integrated rescue system operating procedures in Pardubice and Hradec Králové is the same. The results will be presented with the basic elements of the integrated rescue system both regions to implement their own analysis, and streamline their operations. In the theoretical part of the thesis presents the basic components of the integrated rescue system, their brief description, basic tasks and historical development in the regions. Counties are also briefly described. In this work we discuss the operational management, Performance Operations and Information Centre of the Integrated Rescue System, Operations and Information Centre Fire Brigade, Integrated Operations Centre of the Czech Police and Health Operations Centre. Subsequently, the individual hotlines operating in the Czech Republic. The last section describes the basic types of intervention. The practical part deals with the comparison of the activities of the essential components of the integrated rescue system in Pardubice and Hradec Králové region in the years 2008 2012. Since the failure to obtain materials from emergency medical services in Pardubice and Hradec Králové, comparisons focused on the evaluation of cooperation Fire and Rescue choirs Pardubice and Hradec Králové region and the Police in both counties. On the basis of data obtained from statistical yearbooks affect activities of fire protection from the years 2008-2012 is compared cooperation Fire and Rescue Service and the Police regions of the Czech Republic in Pardubice and Hradec Králové, and cooperation Fire and Rescue Service regions and emergency medical services in Pardubice and Hradec Králové. The next section is compared cooperation Fire and Rescue Service Pardubice and Hradec Králové region and cooperation of the Police of the Czech Republic in Pardubice and Hradec Králové on the basis of information obtained from structured interviews with officials of both institutions. Planned statistical analysis, using bivariate methods has been carried out with regard to the lack of basic materials provided by the integrated rescue system. The research data collected from statistical yearbooks Pardubice and Hradec Králové region, and based on structured interviews with members of the Fire and Rescue Service Pardubice and Hradec Králové region as members of the Police of the Czech Republic in Pardubice and Hradec Králové, given hypothesis is confirmed. The activities of the essential components of the integrated rescue system is in operational management in Pardubice and Hradec Králové almost identical, with small variations.

As the topic of my diploma work I chose the issue of integration of operation centers in the jurisdiction of the Directory of Czech Police of the South Bohemian Region. This topic was chosen with regard to my job in the police of the Czech Republic and also with the assumption to assess the current state of the operation management in the jurisdiction of the Directory of Czech Police of the South Bohemian Region and compare it with the newly proposed integrated centre which should be created within the framework of integration of existing regional operation centres, evaluation of communication of operations centres within the framework of the integrated rescue system and within the framework of the police of the Czech Republic itself at different levels of operation management. The aim of my thesis is to describe the current state of workplaces of operation centers of the police of the Czech Republic and to assess their integration into a single operation center in the teritory of the South Bohemian region. I analyze the situation from the viewpoint of conduct, management and personal security and I assess material-technical security. Last but not least it's about confirming or refuting the hypothesis that was formulated before i started the thesis. This thesis stems particularly from internal act of conduct of the police of the Czech Republic and from the current legislation. Aims of my work are summarized in the capter Discussion which was preceded by description of the current state of operation centers and their function in the framework of operation conduct. Comparing the current and the suggested solution from the viewpoint of conduct, management, personal security, economic and material-technical security and physical integration. The formulation given by the hypothesis was confirmed based on the comparison carried out in the study of the current state and the prepared state, and seems to be effective. Because of the introduced measures that are realized by integration of the current operation centers into one, the effectivity will be increased.

We live in a time when people are increasingly threatened by emergencies that affect the health or lives of everyone. To prevent or delay the dangerous effects of these emergencies and crisis situations, our society has created a system eliminating these effects. The thesis is focused on this system, which is tailored and ready to address emergency situations by using its forces and equipment. In the Czech Republic such situations are managed by using some of components of the Integrated Rescue System. The objective of the thesis was to identify the readiness of forces and equipment of basic components of the Integrated Rescue System, which are the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, the Police of the Czech Republic, the Emergency Medical Service and other components of the Army of the Czech Republic to manage emergencies. In order to determine how the individual components, members of individual components respectively, view the readiness of forces and equipment of basic components of the Integrated Rescue System and the Army of the Czech Republic, I personally distributed questionnaires focused on this issue. I made up one hundred questionnaires, and because I myself handed them out and collected them, the return rate was 100 %. Each file contains twenty-five questionnaires. Questionnaires were processed into tables and graphs and in this manner an overview was created showing how each of the components sees the readiness of forces and equipment to manage emergency situations.

KREJČOVÁ, M., The Effect of Current Stress on Human Psyche. Graduation theses České Budějovice: ZSF JU, 2011.100s. Stress is nothing exeptional and if it occurs, there are certain wals how to eliminate it. I present here some information which can be in my opinion suitable when coping with stressful situations in emergencies and eliminating the negative effects on human psyche. The text is conceived as a general view of this issue. For this reason, I did not incorporate any examples into the text, but I just suggested possible solution procedures. What steps should be taken to maintain the mental preparedness to stressful stimuli associated with solving an emergencys and its individual parts. The answer is not simple, but at least I tried it indicate it.

Title: The Use of Service Dog in the Area of Integrated Rescue System. The theoretical part of the thesis contains the problems of Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic, its development and total description. Further it describes the development of service cynology within the Police of the CR, rescue cynology, and canistherapy, which is not well-known but very important in the area of cynology. The objective of the thesis is to map the use of service dogs in Integrated Rescue System of the CR and specify the differences in training of service dogs by rescuers and police. Further it is to find out about the knowledge of the members of Integrated Rescue System in the field of service dog use. Quantitative method of questioning was used in the research part of the thesis. Information necessary for reaching the objective and hypotheses were gained by means of guided dialogue and questionnaire investigation. The research which results from guided dialogue proved the hypothesis that the degree of service dog readiness for the use in Integrated Rescue System meets all requirements of the Police of CR. Questionnaire investigation disproved the hypothesis that in educational process of Integrated Rescue System enough space is devoted to the problems of service dog use. One solution might be the offering of information material to basic units of Integrated Rescue System. The units would learn more about the possibilities of dog use in the system. Simultaneously, organizing more tactic exercises and meetings of particular units of Integrate Rescue System where dog handlers would take part in.

I was brought to the topic of the thesis by the present state of the Police of the Czech Republic as one of the basic components of the Integrated Rescue System, carrying the largest part of the responsibility while securing the public order and the internal safety of the state. The target of the thesis was defining the changes concerning its activity while treating extraordinary events in connection with the effectiveness of the Act No. 273/2008 Coll., of Czech Republic Police and proposing own legislative changes which would define its additional necessary powers. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic characterization of the Integrated Rescue System is given, the basic concepts of crisis management and legislation in the field of internal safety and public order are defined and the activity of the Czech Republic Police during the usual service performance and treatment of the extraordinary events not achieving the intensity of crisis situation in connection with taking extraordinary safety measures during large-scale social interventions in connection with the issue of extremism, terrorism and civic disorders is described. In the practical part of the thesis, the changes in the organization of the Police of the Czech Republic and in its activity during securing extraordinary safety events, particularly Order Unites and Permanent Order Unites in connection with its reform and effectiveness of the above mentioned law were described. Utilizing the results of this thesis was directed on suggesting the changes of legal regulation which could contribute to the more effective utilization of sources and means of Integrated Rescue System and protection of its employees. The results of the thesis could be one of further sources providing summarizing information for the issue of crisis management in the Czech Republic Police with focus on performing the tasks during extraordinary events while elaborating new methodic instructions or they could be used during the teaching at the Faculty of Health and Social Studies of the South Bohemian University in České Budějovice.

The thesis deals with the issue of cooperation between the Fire-Brigade{\crq}s machinery service and the fire protection bodies within the area of municipalities with extended scope of powers of Český Krumlov and Kaplice. Being one of the special services, the machinery service ensures the reliability of the automobile machinery and material means of the fire protection as well as other machinery of the Integrated Rescue System. Faultless operation of this service is of key importance in effective fighting of fires and other extraordinary events along with the safety of the intervening bodies and the persons rescued. The thesis is divided into several parts describing the activities of the machinery service on one side and the fire protection bodies on the other within the area covered. Explaining the base the machinery service originated from, legal regulations related to the machinery service and its scope of operation, the thesis also evaluates material and technical equipment as well as the level of its provision. Furthermore, it analyses proce-dures and activities when taking action in the case of three events with a reaction on technical preparatory work. The thesis aims to scrutinize the responsibilities, activities and work organisation of the Fire-Brigade{\crq}s Machinery Service of the Czech Republic when dealing with extraordinary events and crisis situations within the scope of the Lo-cal Division of the Fire-Brigade of Český Krumlov. Moreover, the thesis evaluates the readiness, facilities and further advancement of the machinery service.

The South Bohemia region is well known for its rivers, lakes and dams. With these great water values it is difficult to prevent drowning, search and rescue work is also influenced by the vast river system. The main goal of my research was to map the technical equipment, personal proficiency and comparing the professional qualifications of the Police force of the Czech Republic, the Fire Rescue Service and the Water Rescue Service in the range of an appointed theme. I chose the qualitative analysis method. The research group consisted of nine individuals {--} members of the researched organizations. They answered my questions very uniformly. I wanted to discuss the relevant topic with the respondents and get to know their opinion. Totally contradicted information was not recorded. Data collection was in the form of interview recordings on a Dictaphone and worked into text. The research conclusions are quite clear. In all respects the Police of the Czech Republic, the Fire Rescue Service and the Water Rescue Service are able to help in drowning cases. Some of these units are relatively well equipped as is necessary (the Fire Rescue Service and the Water Rescue Service), other not so well because of the principal aim (the Police of the Czech Republic). An interesting issue can be noted in both professional organizations (the Police of the Czech Republic and the Fire Rescue Service) about assistance and cooperation with the Water Rescue Service in the case of first aid and help providing. It is unusual that this last organization mentioned is not supported by the government. The research proved elementary disparity between the specialization with great abilities and struggle for existence which they meet every day in the case of the Water Rescue Service. Better legislation could be the answer for their financial difficulties. There is also disproportion in preventing people from doing unsafe activities; a member of the Water Rescue Service can only recommend the people to avoid such dangerous behaviour, but by law he can not force the individuals to obey to his words. The law warrants only this procedure which is astounding.

The diploma thesis deals with problems of collaboration of the Integrated Rescue System at coordination of its units intervention in larger traffic accidents, to be specific in coach traffic accidents with a bigger number of the injured and the dead. In the thesis two significant traffic accidents and cooperation training of the units of the Integrated Rescue System are compared at intervals of last five years. Following the analysis it is possible to monitor not only the increasing level of technical and material equipment of single units, but also the increasing level of coordination of their activities. The main aim of the thesis is evaluation of the current level of collaboration of the units of the Integrated Rescue System in a larger traffic accident, eventually a proposal of possible adjustment or modification of currently already used type activities of the units of the Integrated Rescue System.

In my bachelor paper I pointed at the evolution of the police and the gendarmerie and part work of the police at the time of solving an emergency situation, including the necessity of coordination with other components, which ended in the establishment of the integrated rescue system and the crises management. The Police of the Czech Republic are controlled by the law no. 283/1991 Sb., about the Police of the Czech Republic as an armed security brigade of the Czech Republic. As the executive body of the state power it fulfils its specific function at order protection, safety of citizens and safety of either private or public possession. In respect of its structure and organization and continuous emergency it is fated to fulfilling its responsible tasks of the safety part also at the time of emergency situations. The preparation and the way of security of the public order and the safety from the side of the Police of the Czech Republic during an emergency situation are one of the important tasks. It is possible to manage it preferably thanks to a responsible attitude, the region orientation, foreknowledge of the emergency situation, right interpretation, perfect cooperation, quick monitoring of the situation, a well-timed and purposeful start-up of strength and resource to prevent a public order and safety nuisance. In the bachelor paper there was documented the process of the Police during a tactic training ``Winter stadium 2006{\crqq}, during a training convocation of policemen and a survey among policemen was made in a form of a questionnaire. Among the interfering men, it means also among policemen, there must be created reasonable law environment in the sphere of the crises management as well as IZS and there must be a modern and effective technique available. Due to the bachelor paper it was proved that the assessed hypothesis was confirmed, since the establishment of IZS and the crises management and incorporation of the Police into the system is a unique contribution for its function during the preparation for emergency situations and during the implementation of rescue and cleanup work.
