The dynamic behaviour of the framework with two prey populations and one predator population is investigated in this paper. The predator exhibits a Beddington-DeAngelis interaction to prey-2(with harvesting), and a Holling type II interaction to prey-1(with harvesting), in addition to this predator harvesting is also allowed. This study explores the independent prey predator interaction on non-interacted prey and predator species, as the population density of these non- interacted species is directly influenced by its predator. Dynamics of diffusion coefficients in terms of population density of non-interacted species (both prey) is analyzed interestingly. The uncertain values of diffusion coefficients are also addressed using the concepts of probability and standardized normal distribution. This study also includes the effect on population growth of commensally interacted species while migrating from low to high density population region and vies-versa, in a probabilistic way. • The dynamic of the framework with two prey populations and one predator population. • The predator exhibits a Beddington-DeAngelis practical reaction to prey-2. • Analyzed the effect of diffusion coefficients. • The uncertain values of diffusion coefficients are also addressed.
