The bachelor thesis deals with the contribution of the mental health prevention program for schools to the stigmatizing attitudes of pupils towards patients with mental illness and as enlightenment in the field of mental health and mental disorder. The aim is to create, realize and evaluate the intervention and its effects on the attitudes and knowledge of pupils. The theoretical part presents the issues of adolescence and mental health, stigmatization with emphasis on the school environment. The end of the theoretical part is devoted to the promotion of mental health, especially in the school environment. The empirical part uses a mixed research design and methodological tools: worksheet, questionnaire, observations and field diary. The research sample is represented by fourth-year pupils (18-20 years) of selected seminars at grammar schools. From the obtained data, a qualitative analysis of worksheets and a quantitative analysis of a questionnaire survey dealing with the degree of stigmatization of patients with mental illness by pupils was performed. In my Thesis I have followed up current educational methods regarding the subject of Health Education at Elementary Schools in Benešov. The main aim of this Thesis is a mapping of the applied systems and conditions of work within the specific subject. In the theoretical part I have been describing the specification of the subject of Health Education in global aspects connected to content of the subject which must be in accordance with RVP. In the practical part I tried to implement the theory into practical activities during each lesson, to show new trends, working methods and forms and most of all the teaching creativity. I received all data through questionnaire research from both the students and teachers. The results proved my hypothesis that appropriate and diverse choice of teaching methods can have very positive impact on the influence of the subject towards the students. Based on the received data I have come to the conclusion that the subject of Health Education is inevitable and it is accepted and understood positively with more or less rather interesting topics. The newly applied methods are diverse, innovative and have larger variety of their utilization. I am concerned that the result of this Thesis may help the teachers to use more creative approach to teaching techniques of Health Education, organizing school activities, and helping with planning of prevention programmers. Information can be applied for all teachers from various spheres or primary teachers.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is "The specifics of a nurse's work in general practitioner for adults". It consists of the theoretical part and the research part. The theoretical part firstly focuses on a primary care. It then covers the work of the general practitioner's office, occupational medicine services, medical reports and dispensary care. It aims at the characteristics of the work of the nurse in the general practitioner's office. Also it brings information about the nurse's work in the field of prevention, education, particularly health education, communication and the home health care. Finally, it shares the information about administrative activities of the nurse in the general practitioner's office for adults. The research part was concluded in the form of a qualitative survey. The aim of the survey was to find out the specifics of the nurse's work in the general practitioner's office for adults. Following questions had been asked: 1. What are the specifics of the nurse's work in the general practitioner for adults? 2. Which methods are most frequently used by nurses when educating patients? 3. Which activities nurses do in the field of prevention care? The collection of the data was acquired from the deep interviews, that were realized by nurses, working at the general practitioner's office for adults. Interviews were converted to the text form word-for-word and coded. There were 6 categories and 11 subcategories in total. This research was conducted in February and March 2020 and afterwards finished when it reached theoretical saturation. The result of this thesis can be used as a guide, available to the medical personnel as well as to wide society.

The diploma thesis on "The kindergarten as a primary health education institution" analyses the use of health education in kindergartens. Its next objective is to find out in what form and to what extent kindergartens focus on the topics of this area. The theoretical part contains chapters dealing with health education and pre-school education. It describes the characteristic of the educational field of health education itself, the objectives it focuses on, and its educational content and expected outcomes. The next part describes the characteristics of pre-school education and its objectives, including the Framework Educational Program for Preschool Education. In addition, the elements of health education that are present in educational areas, including primary prevention, are described. The last area deals with the characteristics of a child of a pre-school age and his/her psychomotor development and socialization. The pedagogue's influence on the education of the child and the importance of the kindergarten for the child and his/her development are described here as well. The practical part contains the results of a mixed survey, whereby the results of the quantitative research were obtained using the questionnaire method and the qualitative research was conducted through interviews. The research group is composed of nursery schools teachers in the South Bohemian Region. Their work with children is studied with regard to the field of health education. In the conclusion of the thesis, the results of the research survey are evaluated and summarized.

Thesis deals with ?the issue of awareness of nosocomial infections from undergraduate students of Bachelor and Master degree from Health education field at the University of South Bohemia in the Czech Budejovice.? This is very timely topic as nosocomial infections are a global economic and clinical problem not only for the present time but also for the future. Thesis is divided into two parts. Details of nosocomial infections, epidemic processes, agents of these infections, hand hygiene, prevention, health education, healthy lifestyle, immunity and support options for immune system are described in the theoretical part. The practical part describes the research problem, formulates hypothesis and shows statistical methods for research. The aim of this thesis was to find out the awareness of nosocomial infections from students of Bachelor and Master degree of VKZ at JU in the Czech Budejovice. Further I tried to compare this knowledge with respect to the age, education and field in which they act. I am trying to find out the possible way of prevention, personal protection against nosocomial infections moreover subjective perception of information related to this problem from respondents. I used the basic way of collecting data for achievement the given aim such as questionnaire in the aim group. There were used basic statistical methods suitable for analysis of categorical data. These results are illustrated in pie chart and bar chart for better interpretation. Test of the main hypothesis and working hypotheses are statistically made by 2 ? test. There was used Fisher factorial test in case there would be break prerequisite for correct usage of the previous test. The results of these tests are interpreted on the base of , with 95 % of reliability. I set this hypothesis in my thesis: ? Better knowledge will have students whose high school education was connected with the problems of health care. ? The result shows better knowledge for these students than for students from other high school however this difference was not statistically important. From all tests was found out that all students know the right definition of nosocomial infection however they have significantly less information related to the prevention against nosocomial infection. This thesis should give us food for thought about this problem and should change the attention to the health and the health of others and the possibility of further education.

The Bachelor Graduation work focuses on the area of guiding the pupils at secondary schools to a healthy lifestyle. The aims of the work are to analyze the current educational practices in the tuitional guidance to the healthy lifestyle at a selected school on basis of a theoretical and content analyses of relevant documents and draw recommendations for the pedagogical environment. In the theoretical section, the essential terms related to the human health, style of living and the education of this subject are presented and explained. The presented sources are the curriculum documents of the national level: The National Program of Education in the Czech Republic and The Framing Tuition Program for the Basic Schools. In the practical section of the bachelor work, there is the selected school presented - The Basic School of T. G. Masaryk. The actual implementation of the educational concept for health and healthy lifestyle is depictured and there are also some recommendations for the practical processes offered.

The master thesis deals the development of HIV / AIDS in the Czech Republic and optimization methods of prevention in primary schools. The thesis is divided in the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part analyzes data from the scientific literature and resources in the emergence of HIV infection, the modes of transmission of HIV, the development of AIDS, the investigative methods, the possibilities for treatment and prevention. The practical part of the research is based on an investigation which was carried out through interviews with professionals dealing with primary prevention of sexual transmitted infections. The aim of research was to find out whether there is sufficient quantity of primary prevention programs, how they are presented to pupils. The outcome of research suggests that education at the elementary school is not what it could be. In conclusion, recommendations are made to optimize education in practice. Theoretical part of my bachelor thesis is divided into four parts. The first parts deal with anatomy and physiology of livers. In the second parts is described cirrhosis of the liver its definition, etiology, morphologic classification and prognosis with complications and treatment. The third part is focused on health, lifestyle, determinants which influence health, importance of health promotion and preventive which is connected with health education. The fourth parts point to an alcohol and its harmfulness, addiction to an alcohol and impact of using alcohol in Europe. The fourth parts also mention a food, which support liver function. Cirrhosis of liver disease limits individual. This disease disadvantage and limit in many cases of life. Intervene into physical, mental and social life. The extent and intensity affecting the way of life is dependent on various factors and circumstances which is described in the practical part. The aim of the bachelor work with help of the qualitative tools is to find out which aspects of life changes have occurred in patients with liver cirrhosis. In this part are interpreted results which show lifestyle issues in form of personal testimonies of people with liver cirrhosis in the widest possible complexity. The research work was undertaken by interviewing with technique of in-depth semi - controlled interview with the narrative elements. It was supplemented by placing additional questions with necessity of analysis of personal data. From very different perspectives are here described public servants who are involved in the development of liver cirrhosis. Was found that this cause of disease is result from oversized use of alcohol and infected by Hepatitis C as in drug addicts. In this sense healthy lifestyle is very timely because of the risk of alcohol dependence already in children and adolescents. This bachelor thesis should lead for thought of using alcohol and drugs and on its negative impact in the future.

This diploma thesis deals with the health of the individual, the health values in his life and the problems of drug abuse. It is dividend into two parts: the theoretical and the practical ones. The theoretical part is further divided into three main sections. The first of them deals with health and different views on it; the second one is devoted to values, particularly the perception of health as a value; finally the third section concerns the issue of drug abuse in general. The practical part of the thesis presents the result of a survey research made among the pupils of the 8th and 9th classes at two elementary schools in Veselí nad Lužnicí. The aim of this research effort was to determine the awareness of pupils about the aspects of drugs use and related potential risks; and whether they recognize the health as a value, which they are responsible of.

The work dealt with socially pathological phenomena at pupils of primary schools in the Český Krumlov. This topic is still current and the occurrence of these phenomena at children and pupils is high. In the theoretical part, I deal with health education, socially pathological phenomena among children and youth and prevention of these phenomena. The aim of this thesis was to determine if there occur socially pathological phenomena at primary school pupils in the Český Krumlov. In the practical part, I conducted surveys of pupils and I held lectures about prevention of socially pathological phenomena. 287 primary school pupils in Český Krumlov participated at the research. The research results confirm both expected hypothesis. The first hypothesis assumes that more than half of the pupils of 7th and 8th classes of primary schools have experience with alcohol. The second hypothesis assumes that at least 20 % of primary school pupils in Český Krumlov met with bullying. This work may serve employees of schools, police operating in Český Krumlov or general public as an overview of the situation of socially pathological phenomena of primary school pupils in Český Krumlov.

Patient{\crq}s satisfaction is the main indicator of the quality in given care. The results of this work showed that primary care users are satisfied with the nurse's care given in surgery GP.

The bachelor thesis covers the topic of Hepatitis type B. The goal of the thesis was to find out the public knowledge about this illness and at the same time also to find out whether the citizens use their own personal hygiene products and protective means. The results of the research say that the citizens outside the health industry older 15 years of age in České Budějovice and Pelhřimov do not have the knowledge on the ways of transfer and protection for the Hepatitis type B, but they know the health risks. During the research investigation, we also have found out that the citizens do not use their own personal hygiene products, and that the citizens of České Budějovice use the protective means more often than the citizens of Pelhřimov. Hepatitis type B is a serious and complicated illness, which daily threatens all the citizens. With respect to the results of the research, it is important that the citizens get more information on Hepatitis type B, especially on the vaccination possibility, about using only one{\crq}s own personal hygiene products and using preservatives and rubber medical gloves in risk situations. The citizens could acquire the information from this bachelor thesis or from the seminars lead by general nurses.
