The lack of information regarding exercise program assessment tools during the COVID-19 pandemic was the main gap in this research. The purpose of this study was to investigate lecturers' perceptions of computer-based and paper pencil-based performance to assess sports training programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study, a combination of quantitative and qualitative (mixed) is used as a method. Participants in this study were male and female lecturers from Jakarta State University (N=15) and Sriwijaya University (N=10). Quantitative instruments use questionnaires and qualitative instruments use in-depth interviews with participants. Quantitative data analysis use the IBM SPSS version 25.0 to find descriptive data, namely mean, standard deviation and percentage of responses from participation. Meanwhile, qualitative data analysis use qualitative thematic data. The results of the study based on quantitative data found that the majority of lecturers strongly agreed to use computer-based instead of paper pencil-based to assess sports training programs. Meanwhile, research results based on qualitative data show that most lecturers favour computer-based over paper pencil-based during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, computer-based has better performance and advantages than paper pencil-based when used in the pandemic era. This research provides benefits for the development of science assessment tools in the field of sports. © 2021 by authors, all rights reserved.

This study aims to develop learning of physical activity using traditional Ballinese in junior high schools, Buleleng Regency. Students can learn physical materials without feeling bored and tired. This study refer to research and development model by Borg and Gall. From the research and development, as well as the proposed procedures, the resulting product is a physical fitness learning model based on traditional Balinese games in junior high schools that consist of 30 traditional Balinese games. Product development begun with expert studies, field tests in small and large test groups and. Effectiveness tests. From the large-group test results, the model developed can be applied by students properly. In the effectiveness test, the mean of the control group was 364.08, while the mean of the experimental group was 350.00 that show the difference between the results of the experimental group and the control group. It can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the experimental group given the treatment and the control group. Product development can be ,improved significantly on the physical activity and attitude or affective student. Based on the results of the research, the product model of learning physical fitness activities based on traditional Balinese games can be recommended and can be effective as a learning model of physical fitness activities in junior high schools.

The aim of this study is to develop a shooting skill exercise model design for beginner players women's of futsal to obtain empirical data about the effectiveness of the results of shooting skill exercise models for beginner players women's of futsal. The method used in this study is the research and development method of Borg and Gall which consists of ten steps. The subject of this research is a beginner woman futsal player. The final results of this study are model manuals and shooting skills exercise video models for woman futsal players with a final model number of 27 models that have gone through expert evaluation, trial and revision, and effectiveness has been tested. The effectiveness of the application of shooting skills exercise models for woman futsal beginners uses the "t-test" technique. p data on the results of the pretest and posttest shooting skill training for beginner woman futsal players with a significance level of 0.05. The results of shooting skills training for woman futsal beginner players between pretest is 2.0645 with posttest of 2.9294 (at a significance level of 0.05), then it shows that the results of the increase in the post-test group are higher than the pre-test group. Thus it can be stated that, the shooting skill exercise model for beginner woman futsal players is effectively used to improve the results of shooting skills beginner woman futsal players. Thus it can be stated that, the shooting skill training model for beginner woman futsal players is effectively used to improve the results of shooting skills.

The aim of this study is to produce the game-based ABC running exercise model for children ages 6-12 years by testing the effectiveness of increasing the speed of 30 meters short distance running in athletes aged 6-12 years. The research method used in this study is the research and development method of Borg and Gall by using 10 stages. The research subjects in this study are at the age of 6-12 years of athletic at the athletic club in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The study begins with a data analysis of requirements, planning, product making, testing, revision and final products. The model feasibility test presents 3 experts consisting of 2 athletic lecturers and 1 national athletic trainer. The effectiveness test model uses a 30 meters speed parameter test involving 40 athletes aged 6-12 years consisting of 2 athletic clubs in Yogyakarta Province. Increasing the running speed of 30 meters shows the significance of t-count = 45.64, db = 19 and p-value = 0.00 < 0.05, for the average N-gain of 56.30, which means that the category of interpretation is "quite effective”. This means that there are significant differences in the 30 meters run speed of athletes before and after being given a training model. It can be concluded that the game-based ABC running exercise model developed is effective enough to increase the running speed of 30 meters in athlete’s ages 6-12 years.

The aim of this research and development is to produce basic locomotor movements learning model based on traditional games for elementary school students. Research and development is carried out in order to obtain information about the development and application of basic locomotor movements learning model based traditional games for elementary school students as well as to determine the effectiveness of the resulting model. This study uses the Research & Development (R & D) from Borg and Gall. Subjects in this study were third grade elementary school students who were 30 students. The stages of this research are: needs analysis, expert evaluation (initial product evaluation), testing a small group, and large group trials (field testing). Test the effectiveness of the model using basic locomotor movement skills tests are used to determine the level of students’ abilities before and after treatment developed learning model. After being treated by using a traditional game-based learning model there was an increase in locomotor ability from the initial test to the final test. This the basic locomotor movements learning model based on the traditional game effectively to improve locomotor movement capabilities for primary school students.
