This article seeks to provide a reflective approach to understand the spiritual personality, based on experimental psychology. It delves into the development of experimental psychology and its socio-historical contexts. Through experiments, interactions with multiple variables are established according to specific contexts and circumstances, as seen in the cases of Asch, Milgran and Zimbardo. These cases are analyzed considering the guiding principles of the Nuremberg Code, the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, and the 2008 Universal Declaration of Ethical Principles for Psychologists. Therefore, experimentation lays the foundations for experimental psychology, which has evolved, allowing new approaches and interpretations within the field of psychology. Building on these arguments, the concept of personality is embraced with reference to the foundations of psychology as a scientific discipline seeking to understand the value of personality from the ontological and spiritual perspective of the human being.
