- Abstract
This paper is a reflection on the paradigm of qualitative research, trying to show the possibilities offered using tools, such as the narrative. This instrument allows us to identify the internal processes directly from the subjects' voice, which enables us to consider the underlying elements in the behavior and the development of their subjectivity. This perspective allows us to visualize from within, showing some keys that originate or trigger the action. In the second paragraph, potentialities offered by this methodological alternative arise in the clarification, explanation and understanding of a phenomenon of recent consolidation in educational institutions: school violence.
