Misconceptions can occur in one of the subject matter of chemistry lessons, namely the material of chemical bonds, this is due to its abstract and tiered nature. Detection of misconceptions can be done using a web-based four-tier test format diagnostic test. This study aims to analyze the validation results of a web-based four-level test developed for each sub-concept. The type and research approach used is development or Research and Development (R&D). The data sources in this study were four expert lecturers (3 subject matter expert lecturers, 1 media expert lecturer), and 67 students X MIPA MAN 2 Hulu Sungai Tengah. The development model used is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) which is carried out only up to the Development stage to find out the validation results. Data collection techniques consisted of questionnaires from material experts and media experts, as well as documentation. The data analysis technique is a validity test. The results of the material expert validity were 92% with a very valid category, the results of the empirical external validity test contained less than 10%, which means it was valid. The results of the construct empirical validity of the 18 questions tested, there are 16 questions that are valid. The results of the validity of media experts on the aspect of visual appearance are 91% with the criteria of "very valid", on the linguistic aspect of 100% with the criteria of "very valid", and on the application aspect of 90% with the criteria of "very valid". Students study in college by taking several courses each semester. Each meeting, the course assigns assignments to students and is collected at the next meeting. With this many assignments, it is hoped that students will be able to adapt so that stress does not occur. The research method used in this research is development research using the ADDIE model. The results of this study begin with the analysis phase, where the lecturer makes class management so that the module will be made according to the character of the students in the class. The next stage designs, by designing in such a way that the model can be attractive and accepted by students. The next step is development, which starts with a pre-made design, then starts to create the appropriate media. The next step is implementation, which tries to implement the results of the design. The final step is evaluation. Evaluation makes the module suitable for use in lectures. This process is also combined with the preparation of management modules that analyze the environment and identify opportunities and strengths. This research is an initial study on student learning outcomes in the Mathematics Physics course. Mathematics Physics is a compulsory subject for the Physics Education Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. Mathematical Physics examines the application of mathematics in solving physical phenomena. However, mathematical Physics is often considered difficult by students. Still, Mathematical Physics is essential because of its role as a provision for students to study advanced Physics courses, such as Mechanics, Optics, Waves, Electricity, and so on. Therefore, the search on the perception and acquisition of student learning outcomes in Mathematics Physics lectures is the basis for providing intervention for researchers through research and lessons in the selection of strategies, learning methods, and even the development of learning tools. This research is survey research. The way of data collection is through interviews with 14 fourth semester students of the Physics Education Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. The results of the study found that as many as 57,14% of students scored less than 70 (categories C, D, and E). this percentage gain is still far from the expected results in Mathematics Physics learning. In addition, the absence of learning tools that are following the characteristics of the Mathematics Physics course for Physics Education students also has an impact on the common understanding of students' Physics concepts. The World Health Organization has already announced that The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) virus has become a pandemic in early 2020.The Pandemic began in Wuhan, China, and quickly spread to other countries. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid 19) can infect anyone and cause various symptoms, ranging from mild to severe symptoms, or possibly no symptoms. The transmission of Covid 19 can occur through droplet infections, coughing or exhaling from person to person. Infectious microparticles are spread on the surfaces of surrounding objects, causing the transmission of diseases. The Laboratory of Basic Technology Center for Biomedical and Health, National Institute of Health and Research and Development, is a referral laboratory Covid 19. It collects all specimens in the form of nasopharyngeal swabs, throat swabs, sputum, and blood. The COVID-19 specimen receiving room is a place where procedures including receiving, unloading, arranging, and labeling specimens along with their accompanying forms that cause a source of infection. This study aims to see if the SARS-CoV-2 is present in the specimen receiving room. The targets of tests are all surface areas (floor, wall, door handle), air conditioners, air circulation, and receiving workers. In total, there are 24 samples, 14 of which are surface swabs, three swabs from receiving workers (respiratory tract) and seven air samples. Samples were stored in transport VTM medium. The examination was carried out using multiplex real-time PCR targeting N1 and N2 genes. The results showed that all swab specimens were negative for Covid 19. The objective of this research are to create an Android-based mobile learning science media that is feasible for increasing students' learning motivation based on expert assessment, as well as to determine the effectiveness of Android-based mobile learning science media in improving the learning motivation of junior high school students. This research is a type of Research and Development. The subjects of this study were 30 students from Class VII B SMPN 1 Wonosari. Instruments to validate the construction and content of learning media by experts used a validation sheet and to measure learning motivation used a learning motivation questionnaire sheet. Based on expert assessment, android-based mobile learning science learning media is feasible to increase students' learning motivation with a very feasible category, and android-based mobile learning science learning media was effective to significantly increase the learning motivation of junior high school students with a paired sample t-test of 0.000 and an N-gain score of 0.703 that belongs to the high category. Laboratory activities play a very important role in supporting science learning activity which allows students to gain practical skills through experimentation and provides opportunities to have a deeper understanding of the content or concepts being studied. Especially during the current covid-19 pandemic, laboratory activities are directly limited or even eliminated, therefore there needs to be a solution for implementing substitute laboratory activities so that student competencies, especially practical skills through experimental activities, are still mastered. The most likely opportunity is through virtual laboratory activities. This study aims to develop a Virtual Science Laboratory (VSL) in the form of a computer application designed to improve the learning approach by introducing a safe and interactive lab environment for students. The design of this research is Research and Development (R & D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation and Evaluation) method. The Virtual Science Laboratory (VSL) learning media product has produced the concept of linear motion using a Virtual Ticker Timer. The feasibility of the VSL for linear motion concept was analyzed based on the average percentage score of material expert validation 83.0%, media/ technology expert validation 84.0%, teacher validation 87.5% and it can be concluded that the validation reached the very feasible criteria. This study aims to develop an Android-based science learning media and utilize 3-sided holography technology. This research is a Research and Development using the ADDIE method, namely (a) Analyze, (b) Design, (c) Develop, (d) Implementation, and (e) Evaluation. The data collection instrument used a needs analysis questionnaire aimed at teachers and students, validation instruments (specific and general) by experts, practicality tests for teachers and students, and student trials. The results of the data obtained in the form of quantitative data derived from the scores obtained and the pre-test and post-test, qualitative data derived from suggestions and comments. The product developed is the application HoloScience which includes video features, materials, and quizzes in the form of a Hologram Kit. The results of special and general validation by experts were 86.6% and 93.75%, while the results of the practicality test of teachers and students obtained 100% and 94% results, respectively. The results of n-gain get a score of 59% which is categorized as quite effective. This study aims to develop an assessment to measure science process skills and to determine the feasibility of developing the assessment. Science with local wisdom material requires a special assessment in order to accurately measure learning outcomes based on indicators of learning success. Research and development was conducted for this study. The product in this research is an assessment of science process skills with 4D stages. The results of the assessment development to measure science process skills for Public Junior High School 15 Bengkulu City 8th grade were obtained from the validation of assessment experts 73.3%, material experts 89.28%, and linguists 89.28%. In a small-scale trial carried out on 8th grade students as many as 15 students. Meanwhile, large-scale trials were conducted with a sample of one class. The feasibility of a science assessment to measure students' science process skills based on expert validators. This study aims to determine the characteristics and eligibility of natural science e-learning student worksheet which was developed to optimize students' curiosity and scientific literacy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Another objective is to find out the description of students' curiosity and scientific literacy after using the natural science e-learning student worksheet. This type of research is Research and Development (RnD) with a 4-D model. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Boyolali. The technique of analyzing the eligibility data and the readability of the natural science student worksheet readability was the conversion of quantitative to qualitative scores with four categories, while the curiosity questionnaire analysis technique used the conversion of quantitative to qualitative scores with five categories. The data analysis technique for the pretest and posttest scientific literacy scores is the paired sample t-test and the calculation of the N-gain score. Based on the results of the assessment, it is known that natural science e-learning student worksheet is suitable for use in science learning with the eligibility category "highly eligible" by expert lecturers and science teachers, as well as "eligible" based on students' readability questionnaire. The level of curiosity of students after using the natural science student worksheet was in the very good category, meanwhile, the students' scientific literacy increased in the medium category. This study aimed to analyze the feasibility of worksheet learning media based on Learning Cycle 7E in terms of the assessment of expert lecturers and science teachers, students' responses to worksheet based on Learning Cycle 7E, and improving students' science process skills after using worksheet learning media based on Learning Cycle 7E. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The worksheet product was tested using the One Group Pretest - Posttest Design research design in class VII A of SMP Negeri 2 Pakem with a total of 10 students. The technical analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis of the feasibility of the IPA worksheet based on suggestions and assessments from the validator, the percentage of learning implementation, the calculation of student responses to the worksheet, the percentage increase in science process skills based on the science process skill observation sheet, and the calculation of paired sample t-test and gain. scores based on the pretest and posttest of science process skills. The results of this study are that worksheet based on Learning Cycle 7E is suitable for use in science learning based on the assessment of expert lecturers and science teachers, worksheet gets a very good response from students, and worksheet can improve students' science process skills with sufficient category at meeting 1 and good category at meeting 2 and has a gain score in the medium category. The Covid-19 pandemic has not been resolved responsively by all Indonesian citizens. Therefore, education about the importance of reducing spread of Covid-19 virus must be carried out proactively. This research aims to; (1) develop covid-19 pandemic socialization and mitigation model for the community; (2) know the feasibility of covid-19 pandemic socialization and mitigation model for the community; and (3) analyze the effectiveness of covid-19 pandemic socialization and mitigation model for the community. The research was conducted in Yogyakarta, with a Research and Development approach with a 4-D main stage development model, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The application of the main steps in the research is not only tracing the original version but according to the characteristic of the subject and the place of origin of the examinee. In addition, the model that is followed is adjusted to the needs of development in the field. The data obtained in this research were respondents responses during limited-scale trials. The indicator of research success is increased knowledge and participation of the community in preventing Covid-19 outbreak which was seen after the research took place. The results are; (1) pocket book and educational animation have been produced as model instruments for the socialization and mitigation of Covid-19 pandemic; (2) the model instruments for the socialization and mitigation of Covid-19 pandemic are declared appropriate by media experts as well as content experts to be tested in the community; and (3) a model for the socialization and mitigation of Covid-19 pandemic that was developed is effective to increase knowledge and disaster response attitude of the Yogyakarta Community towards the Covid-19 pandemic. Inquiry-based learning has been widely researched to improve students' ability in higher-order thinking skills (HOTS). However, the HOTS component that specifically relates to the steps of inquiry has not been developed. Therefore, it is necessary to develop HOTS in the inquiry framework as a new taxonomy of cognitive domains relevant to the inquiry process. This study aims to develop HOTS in the inquiry framework, develop the assessment instrument of HOTS in the inquiry framework on the kinematics, then test both content validity and empirical validity. This Research and Development (R&D) use the steps proposed by Barg and Gall. The research began by synthesizing HOTS in the inquiry framework through literature study, compiling the instrument of HOTS in the inquiry framework on kinematic, then testing its validity through expert judgment and field tests. Aiken's V formula is used to analyze the expert judgment, while the field test results were analyzed using the Rasch Model. The result of this study is a new taxonomy on the cognitive domain called HOTS in the inquiry framework, consisting of three levels, namely: Level 1-Diagnose the problem, which consists of attributing, analyzing errors, and planning skills; level 2-Solve the Problem which consists of generating, experimenting, examining importance; and Level 3-Get the solution of the problem which consists of generalizing and producing abilities. In addition, based on the results of expert assessments and empirical tests in the field, a valid and reliable instrument of HOTS in the inquiry framework on kinematics has been produced. This study aims to develop a scientific literacy assessment using a local wisdom-based testlets model that fulfills the criteria for a good assessment. Research and development (R&D) with ADDIE research design (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The instrument validation was carried out by content by two experts and a teacher to determine CVR and CVI, and empirically carried out on a small group of 30 students and a large group of 216 students. Empirical testing to determine the validity and reliability of the items. Test the effectiveness of the scientific literacy assessment using the Rasch model. The results of the analysis of local wisdom that are used as the context of science in the assessment have 10 contexts, including batik, keris, angklung, flute, and other local wisdom. The number of questions developed were 50 questions consisting of 40 questions to measure competence and science content and 10 questions to measure scientific attitudes. The form of questions used varied, namely ordinary MC, Complex MC, MC with reasons, sorting, filling, description, and questionnaire. The questions are arranged in one testlet based on the context of local wisdom. The results of expert validation showed an average of 94% (very suitable) and the acquisition of CVR and CVI of 1 and 1. The results of small-scale trials showed that the scientific literacy assessment developed was all valid with a reliability coefficient of 0.977. The results of large-scale trials show that all items are valid with a reliability coefficient of 0.850. The effectiveness test using Rasch modeling shows an Eigenvalue of 48.7%. Based on the results obtained, the scientific literacy assessment based on local wisdom developed is valid and reliable and effective for measuring the scientific literacy of junior high school students. This research is the creation of science comics learning media for junior high school students and the general public can learn the material of the respiratory system in humans and as entertainment. The purpose of this study 1) to determine the feasibility of comics media and 2) to find out the responses of students regarding comics learning with the respiratory system material as an independent learning medium. The research conducted is a type of research and development or Research and Development (R&D) using the four-D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The validity test of the product is carried out by material experts and media experts. This product was assessed by 6 teachers and the responses of 30 science students at SMP N 2 Tempel and SMP N 1 Minggir. Data were collected through a questionnaire and processed using a Likert scale conversion. The results of the study show that: 1) the science comics learning media is declared feasible in the good category. 2) The students gave a very good response to the science comics learning media. Laboratory materials testing courses often result in errors in the process leading to incorrect results. Making video tutorials aims to improve students' skills in practical laboratory material test subjects. This paper uses a research and development model from Thiagarajan. The 4D steps are to Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination. The resulting video tutorial consists of 12 video materials adjusted to the basic competencies in the practical material test. Media validation had carried out with a feasibility value of 91.54. From material experts 95.5 and the assessment of 12 video tutorials by students with an average score of 80.56. The development of technology and information is already well-known in the Industrial Revolution 4.0. It brings a very large impact on education in this century. The use of technology can be effectively better in learning media. The study focused to develop an electronic module (E-Module) by using the Flip PDF Professional application as a medium for learning organic chemistry that concern about carbohydrates that can be accessed through smartphones on the Android platform, desktops, and laptops. The E-Module carbohydrates were developed with the Chemistry undergraduate program curriculum. The contents of the E-module consist of carbohydrate discussion material which is equipped with video, pictures, hyperlinks, flash, and formative tests on each sub-chapter material. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg and Gall model. The E-Module development procedure was carried out by analyzing initial needs in the form of interviews with lecturers and distributing questionnaires to 75 chemistry students. Furthermore, the E-module that has been compiled is validated by material, language, and media experts using a standard Likert scale instrument. Based on the assessment of material, language, and media, it can't be ignored that this E-module gets a good interpretation so that it is suitable for use in the learning process in the organic chemistry course with carbohydrate ingredients. The Energy Auditor Certification for the cement industry is a competency-based training that refers to the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI). This study aims to develop a technical guidance training model for the energy auditor to obtain professional competency certification for auditors in the cement industry. The ability of Indonesian students to solve PISA questions on content quantity is still far from what we expected. It was proved by how low the PISA mathematic results of Indonesia are. One of the causes of how low Indonesia's PISA results is the lack of accustoming students to do PISA equivalent math problems, especially at high-level questions that require reasoning, argumentation, and creativity, which are the characteristics of PISA questions. This happened because of the availability of PISA equivalent math problems on certain content and levels are still very limited. This study aims to develop mathematical problems equivalent to level 4 of PISA's quantity content that is valid. This research is development research with the Tesmer model. Data are obtained at the time of validation which is one of the stages of research development. Valid criteria are established based on Nieveen's theory. Research data is in the form of comments, suggestions, and input from the expert reviewers of the 12 questions developed. The data source consists of four expert reviewers who are competent and experienced lecturers in the field of mathematics education and active in the Mathematics Literacy Contest. Data collection is done by using the instrument validity sheet questions. The results showed that 12 mathematical questions equivalent to PISA developed based on quantity content for level 4 met the valid criteria. These questions are in the form of essays that accommodate material in class VII, namely algebraic forms, numbers, social arithmetic, and comparisons that help in increasing students' literacy abilities. measure the practicality.
