Wal-Mart Stores and Dillard Department Stores will build and operate Dillard stores in Mexico through a joint venture involving the Wal-Mart/Cifra partnership. The Mexican economy is expected to recover in 1995, and the new venture plans to take advantage of that by building six stores through 1996.
