This study aims to examine the effect of Return on assets, Return On equity, Curent Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices. The approach in this research is quantitative research. The population used in this study is the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022 as many as 36 companies. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. 1) ROA has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. 2) ROE has no positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. 3) CR has no positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. 4) DER has no negative and significant effect on stock prices. 5) ROA, ROE, CR and DER simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on stock prices. The results of this study have limitations but are able to contribute and suggestions to the public or investors as well as companies as market participants and further researchers. Investors who will buy shares on the IDX, should pay attention to the development of stock prices by considering more than just ROA, ROE, CR and DER.
