一面せん断試験の供試体とせん断箱内壁の周面摩擦の影響を調べために,せん断面上の垂直応力が測定できるように改良した一面せん断試験装置を用いて砂について定圧試験および定体積試験を実施した。また,改良前の在来型試験結果との比較により,せん断強度に及ぼす周面摩擦力の影響について調べた。さらに,定圧試験による内部摩擦角と三軸圧縮試験による結果と比較して一面せん断試験結果の評価を行った。得られた主な結果を以下に示す。1)せん断箱内壁と供試体との周面摩擦力は,圧密過程およびせん断過程において体積変化に伴って発生し,せん断面上の垂直応力に反映されている。2)周面摩擦力は,垂直応力に直接関与することから,せん断強度の決定にはせん断面上の垂直応力を用いる必要がある。3)定体積試験ではせん断面上の垂直応力で整理した破壊線は定圧試験による破壊線とほぼ一致する。4)定圧試験によって得られた強度定数は,三軸圧縮試験による結果とほぼ同程度である。, It is known that a skin friction between specimen and shear box wall in a conventional direct shear box apparatus affects the normal stress on the shear surface. To eliminate the effect of the skin friction on normal stress on shear surface, the conventional Mikasa's direct shear apparatus is improved to be able to measure the normal stress on shear surface. In this paper, to investigate the effect of the skin friction on the shear strength, constant pressure tests and constant volume tests are carried out on sands using the improved direct shear apparatus. Test results show that the skin friction between specimen and shear box wall influences the shear strength obtained from a conventional direct shear apparatus. It is necessary to determine the shear strength with normal stress on shear surface in both a constant pressure test and a constant volume test. The shear strength obtained from constant pressure test using the improved direct shear apparatus is consistent to those of the triaxial compression test., 紀要論文

琉球石灰岩の砕砂とさんご礁の石灰質砂について三軸圧縮試験を行いせん断特性を比較検討した。主な結果は次のようである。(1) 等方圧密試験による圧密降伏応力は砕砂で0.88MPa, 石灰質砂で0.74MPaであり, 砕砂の圧縮性は石灰質砂に比べて小さい。(2) せん断に伴う粒子破砕は砕砂では石灰質砂に比べて75μm以下の細粒分の増加が著しい。(3) 砕砂では内部摩擦角φ_dは小さなひずみレベルで発現される。(4) 一方, 30%以上の大きな軸ひずみレベルにおける限界状態の内部摩擦角φ_cvは砕砂で35.7°, 石灰質砂で38°である。(5) せん断終了時のe-logp'関係は線形関係にあり, その傾きは砕砂の方が石灰質砂より小さい。このことは石灰質砂では粒子破砕に伴う強度増加の影響が大きいことを示唆している。, A series of triaxial compression tests was carried out on crushed Ryukyu limestone sand to investigate the shear strength characteristics of carbonate sediments litholized with recrystallization. The test results were compared with that of carbonate sand in coral reef. Compression yield stress, internal friction angle at peak strength, critical state frictional angle and e-logp' relation before and after shearing were discussed. Particle breakage in crushed sand shows the increase in fine-grain fraction smaller than particle size of 75μm with compare to carbonate sand. The internal friction angle at peak strength for crushed sand decreases with the increase in confining pressure and on the other hand the friction angle at the critical state is constant regardless of the degree of particle breakage., 紀要論文

築堤から43年の年月を経た宜野座ダムの堤体盛土とその縮固め土では力学性状が異なり,堤体盛土の方が締固め土よりも体積圧縮係数土圧密降伏応力,せん断強度等が大きく,弾性変形領域が広く,間隙水圧の発生量が低い傾向がみられた.このような差違は年代効果によると考えられる.終わりに,試料採取においては沖縄県北部農林土木事務所にご協力を頂き,小那覇安通氏には宜野座ダムに関する資料を提供して頂いた.記してお礼申し上げる., This study was conducted to investigate the aging effects on mechanical properties of compacted soil. The consolidation and shear strength parameters were measured on the undisturbed soil sample collected from 7.8m depth in Ginoza earth dam passed through 43 years and its compacted soil. Volumetric compressibility, consolidation yield stress, shear strength of the dam soil were bigger than those of its compacted soil, and the elastic deformation region of dam soil was wider than that of its compacted soil and the generation rate of pore water pressure tended to be low with the passage of the time.
