In this paper, the extended direct algebraic approach with the general fractional derivative is employed to attain various novel wave structures of the non-linear fractional Tzitzéica type non-linear evolution equations in the form of kink, singular, periodic singular, dark, bright and dark-bright combine solitons. For the purpose to illustrate the physical behavior of the acquired solutions, some of the extracted results are sketched in the pattern of 3-D and 2-D plots which show the efficiency and authenticity of the proposed method. In this article, we present an idea to attain the variety of novel optical solitons solutions for nonlinear time-fractional Clannish Random Walker's parabolic (CRWP) equation in the manner of β -derivative using a well-known analytical technique namely, extended direct algebraic method. A diversity of bright, singular, dark, periodic-singular and combo dark-bright solitons solutions are assembled in the shape of rational, hyperbolic and exponential functions. Some of the extracted results are sketched in the pattern of 3D, 2D and contour plots, for the purpose to demonstrate the physical behavior of the attained solutions. We also investigate the influence of the fractional order parameter on the obtained solutions which demonstrates how changes in this parameter affect the properties and behavior of the soliton solutions in the context of the time-fractional CRWP model. The novelty of the extracted solutions is determined by comparing with some other solutions which are already listed in the works for the CRWP equation, which shows the effectiveness and authenticity of the proposed method. The term 'optimization' refers to the process of maximizing the beneficial attributes of a mathematical function or system while minimizing the unfavorable ones. The majority of real-world situations can be modelled as an optimization problem. The complex nature of models restricts traditional optimization techniques to obtain a global optimal solution and paves the path for global optimization methods. Particle Swarm Optimization is a potential global optimization technique that has been widely used to address problems in a variety of fields. The idea of this research is to use exponential basis functions and the particle swarm optimization technique to find a numerical solution for the Sine-Gordan equation, whose numerical solutions show the soliton form and has diverse applications. The implemented optimization technique is employed to determine the involved parameter in the basis functions, which was previously approximated as a random number in the work reported till now in the literature. The motive of the study was to explore the nonlinear Riemann wave equation, which describes the tsunami and tidal waves in the sea and homogeneous and stationary media. This study establishes the framework for the analytical solutions to the Riemann wave equation using the new extended direct algebraic method. As a result, the soliton patterns of the Riemann wave equation have been successfully illustrated, with exact solutions offered by the plane solution, trigonometry solution, mixed hyperbolic solution, mixed periodic and periodic solutions, shock solution, mixed singular solution, mixed trigonometric solution, mixed shock single solution, complex soliton shock solution, singular solution, and shock wave solutions. Graphical visualization is provided of the results with suitable values of the involved parameters by Mathematica. It was visualized that the velocity of the soliton and the wave number controls the behavior of the soliton. A generalized (3 + 1)-dimensional nonlinear wave is investigated, which defines many nonlinear phenomena in liquid containing gas bubbles. Basic theories of the natural phenomenons are usually described by nonlinear evolution equations, for example, nonlinear sciences, marine engineering, fluid dynamics, scientific applications, and ocean plasma physics. The new extended algebraic method is applied to solve the model under consideration. Furthermore, the nonlinear model is converted into an ordinary differential equation through the next wave transformation. A well-known analytical approach is used to obtain more general solutions of different types with the help of Mathematica. Shock, singular, mixed-complex solitary-shock, mixed-singular, mixed-shock singular, mixed trigonometric, periodic, mixed-periodic, mixed-hyperbolic solutions are obtained. As a result, it is found that the energy-carrying capacity of liquid with gas bubbles and its propagation can be increased. The stability of the considered model is ensured by the modulation instability gain spectrum generated and proposed with acceptable constant values. This paper retrieves the optical solitons to the Biswas-Arshed equation (BAE), which is examined with the lack of self-phase modulation by applying the extended hyperbolic function (EHF) method. Novel constructed solutions have the shape of bright, singular, periodic singular, and dark solitons. The achieved solutions have key applications in engineering and physics. These solutions define the wave performance of the governing models. The outcomes show that our scheme is very active and reliable.
