Physical activity is a vital part of your lifestyle. Reports on the positive effects of physical activity are widely discussed in the literature. However, there are also drawbacks to physical activity. One of the contraindications is neoplastic disease. Such reports pretend to reduce the activity in cancer patients. The aim of the work is to present a method of modifying physical activity in women after breast cancer treatment in order to consolidate the rehabilitation therapy and the prevention of treatment-related disorders. The paper proposes the procedure and conditions for the implementation of physical activity.

Rehabilitation as a process of return to fitness should take place at every stage of the disease. Stimulation to restore lost motor function should take place all day, including when lying in bed or transferring from one position to another. Placement items are an indispensable component of restoring floatation, as well as the element of nursing the patient. By correct arrangement of the patient we affect the stimulatory nervous system. Thanks to the correct arrangement we prevent bone-joint changes, lymphedema and also stimulate the cerebral cortex.This articule aims to propose the positioning of the patient and his transfers as a passive way of rehabilitation.

Women who undergo radical or partial mastectomy after surgery want to return to full fitness as soon as possible. Movement restrictions associated with the procedure do not have a positive effect on the patients' psyche.One of the complications of surgery in the armpit is long pectoral nerve damage. Impaired mechanics of the shoulder blade affect non-ergonomic movement in the shoulder joint. Using the neurorehabilitation methods, the correct scapula pattern should be restored. Facilitation, i.e. tracking, is also an effective method for peripheral nerve damage. In each of the methods, the movement is supported by a therapist, who can determine the direction of movement through resistance, or support it.The study presents examples of kinesiotaping applications that can be used in therapy at various stages. The method of use depends on the degree of damage to the structure and should be modified for therapy.A review of available literature and own experience were used for the work.

The article presents examples of activities that can be used in therapy in various phases. Colorectal cancer is a common cause of death. The incidence of cancer increases every year, it is caused by better secondary prevention - screening and early stage cancer detection. The early stages of neoplasms enable the implementation of effective treatment. The method of treating colon cancer is radical treatment - surgery. The quality of life in patients with chronic diseases such as cancer is variable in each phase of the disease. The presented work aims to show the quality of life of patients on the day of admission to the hospital for the surgical treatment of colorectal cancer. The study used standardized QLQ-C30 forms with the extension of the CR29 module. Comprehensive assessment of the quality of life enables the presentation of the patient's condition before the procedure and is the starting point for the assessment of the patient after the procedure. The studies show that patients have the lowest assessment of the overall quality of life and emotional functioning. They judge physical and mental functioning well. Symptoms related to the disease, such as abdominal pain, significantly reduce the quality of life. The presented research shows that each time before the procedure, the patient should have the quality of life assessed in order to possibly further compare the changes in the subjective assessment of the quality of life. The research shows that patients diagnosed with cancer have a low quality of life assessment and preventive measures should be implemented in the form of consultations.

The proposed preoperative therapy focuses mainly on improving the parameters of the spine's mobility. The paper presents examples of activities that can be used in therapy before surgery.
