Using convolution (or Hadamard product), we define the El-Ashwah and Drbuk linear operator, which is a multivalent function in the unit disk U = w : w < 1   and   w ∈ ₵ , and satisfy its specific relationship to derive the subordination, superordination, and sandwich results for this operator by using properties of subordination and superordination concepts. In this paper, we introduce and study certain subclass of meromorphic univalent functions by using a linear operator by means of a Hadamard product involving some suitably normalized meromorphically q-Hypergeometric functions, in the punctured open unit disk. Some properties like, coefficients inequalities, growth and distortion theorems, closure theorems, Extreme Points and Radii of meromorphic starlikeness and meromorphic convexity are obtained. We use the linear operator HHp,q,s f to introduce a new class ΣHp (α1;α) of multivalent meromorphic starlike harmonic functions in punctured open unit discU" = {zϵ C: 0 <∣ z ∣< 1} =U -{0}. We give sufficient coefficient condition for this class. Also, this coefficient condition is shown to be necessary if the coefficients of the co-analytic part of the harmonic functions are negative.
