Now, I've got to tell you, there is no way for traffic to move around this city. The conditions to move around the city, normally, at least, the conditions are very dangerous. Streets, like this one, many of them are very steep hills. This one's been closed. And sanding trucks and salt trucks just haven't been able to keep up, making conditions very dangerous for drivers. Seattle is famous for its rain, but today, much of the Northwest is struggling through floodwaters and hurricane-force winds gusting up to nearly 130 miles an hour.
