: The purpose of the study is to develop a simulation system-dynamic model for evaluating the performance of a trading company based on the analysis of dynamics of four balanced parameters: finances, customer relationships, internal business processes, as well as staff qualification and training. Implemented at the experimental level, the simulation model allows determining the balanced contribution of these parameters with the aim to obtain the best option of a business-oriented strategy. This provides the efficiency of invested funds with the account of the analysis of planned changes in the enterprise. The system dynamics method is used as the most acceptable tool to balance all subsystems of corporate governance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
