The study of the smooth running of tractors is an aggregate indicator that takes into account the norms of ergonomics and operation of the vehicle. Therefore, studies of smoothness are appropriate and relevant. Of particular interest is the study of the movement of a wheeled tractor with trailed or semi-trailer tanks that are filled with liquid - due to the significant influence of the natural oscillations of the liquid during the movement of the tank. In this regard, the goal of this work arises - the analysis of the smoothness of the wheel tractor, which is coupled to a variable mass unit. In solving this goal, a technique was used that provided for mathematical modeling of longitudinal-angular vibrations of a wheeled tractor with a variable mass unit. Used model, which takes into account the redistribution of liquid in the tank caused by vibrations of the shell, using the characteristics of Rayleigh surface waves. An analysis of the smoothness of the wheel tractor was based on the determination of the vertical accelerations of the driver’s seat and tractor frame. As a result, theoretical research data were obtained that reflect the effect of fluid redistribution in a semitrailer tank on the smoothness of the wheel tractor. It was determined that when transporting liquid cargo, the effect on the smoothness of the wheel tractor is greater than when transporting solid cargo. It was also found that the shift of the resonance zone of the influence of the semitrailer unit on the vertical acceleration of the operator’s seat with varying filling heights of the tank is a quadratic function, namely a parabola. The practical significance of the work is to establish the influence of design indicators, namely the pressure in the pneumatic tires (tractor and tank), on the value of the smoothness of the tractor. Reducing the magnitude of the vertical acceleration of the operator's seat is achieved by reducing tire pressure. But with a decrease in tire pressure, it is necessary to take into account the change in the technical and economic indicators of the tractor. Therefore, a promising follow-up study, according to the author, is to address the issue of optimizing the reduction in the smoothness of the wheel tractor when driving with a semitrailer-tank in compliance with technical and economic indicators (fuel consumption, productivity, etc.)., Дослідження плавності ходу колісних тракторів є сукупним показником, який враховує норми ергономічності та експлуатаційні транспортного засобу. Тому дослідження плавності ходу є доцільним і актуальним. Особливий інтерес викликає дослідження руху колісного трактора з причіпними або напівпричіпними цистернами, які заповнені рідиною – за рахунок суттєвого впливу власних коливань рідини на рух цистерни. В зв’язку з цим виникає мета даної роботи – аналіз показників плавності ходу колісного трактора, який знаходиться в зчіпці з агрегатом змінної маси. При вирішенні поставленої мети використовувалась методика, яка передбачала математичне моделювання повздовжньо-кутових коливань колісного трактора з агрегатом змінної маси. Використана модель враховує перерозподіл рідини у цистерні, яка викликана коливаннями оболонки, з використанням характеристики поверхневих хвиль Релея. Проведення аналізу показників плавності ходу колісного трактора базувалося на визначенні вертикальних прискорень сидіння оператора-водія та остова трактора. Як результат отримано дані теоретичного дослідження, які відображають вплив перерозподілу рідини в напівпричіпній цистерні на показники плавності ходу колісного трактора. Визначено, що при перевезенні рідкого вантажу вплив на показники плавності ходу колісного трактора більші, ніж при транспортуванні твердого вантажу. Також встановлено, що зміщення резонансної зони впливу напівпричіпного агрегату на вертикальні прискорення сидіння оператора при варіюванні висотою заповнення цистерни носить характер квадратичної функції, а саме параболи. Практична значимість роботи полягає у встановленні впливу конструктивних показників, а саме тиску в пневматичних шинах (трактора та цистерни), на значення показників плавності ходу трактора. Зниження величини вертикальних прискорень сидіння оператора досягається за рахунок зниження тиску в шинах. Але при зниженні тиску в шинах необхідно враховувати зміну техніко-економічних показників трактора. Тому перспективним подальшим дослідження, на думку автора, є вирішення питання оптимізації зменшення величини показників плавності ходу колісного трактора при русі з напівпричіпною цистерною з дотриманням техніко-економічних показників (витрати палива, продуктивності, тощо).

Мета роботи полягає в обґрунтуванні вибору машинно-тракторного агрегату з причеп- та напівпричеп-цистерною при формуванні динамічної моделі прямолінійного руху по складному рельєфу за рахунок комплексного підходу при аналізі сучасної сільськогосподарської техніки. В результаті обчислення коефіцієнту енергонасиченості колісних тракторів за критеріями однакового типорозміру передніх та задніх шин, а також діапазону зміни потужності двигуна 200 ÷ 500 к.с., наведено світові марки колісних тракторів: Claas, Case, New Holland, John Deere, ХТЗ та інші. На основі даного аналізу встановлено приналежність колісних тракторів з однаковим типорозміром шин до тягової або тягово-енергетичної концепції. Встановлено, що до тягово-енергетичної концепції відноситься значна більшість тракторів, тобто сучасні тракторовиробники не виключають умов експлуатації з паралельно працюючими приводами відбору потужності, на приклад, при виконанні транспортних або транспортно-технологічних операцій. Виконано аналіз світових виробників тракторних цистерн, які використовуються при транспортуванні рідини в сільськогосподарські угіддя. Встановлено можливий діапазон кількості рідини в цистерні залежно від конструктивних особливостей платформи (остову). В роботі відмічено, що більш популярним є платформа напівпричіп-цистерна, проте для комплексного аналізу перерозподілу центру мас рідини в ємності необхідно розглянути як напівпричіп, так і причіп-цистерни. Окреслена конструкція ходової системи напівпричіп-цистерни і причіп-цистерни. Наведено спрощені динамічні моделі напівпричіп- та причіп-цистерни з встановленням керуючого впливу на загальну систему машинно-тракторного агрегату, зовнішнього збурення, реакції трактора та цистерни, а також вплив перерозподілу маси рідини в цистерні на колісний трактор. Висвітлено основні підходи щодо формування динамічної (нелінійної) моделі прямолінійного руху машинно-тракторного агрегату з напівпричіп- і причіп-цистернами. Описані компоненти динамічної моделі, які змінюються у вертикальній і поздовжній площинах, а також при кутових переміщеннях., The aim of the work is to substantiate the choice of a machine-tractor unit with a landing gear and semi-trailer tanks when forming a dynamic model of rectilinear movement over complex terrain due to an integrated approach in the analysis of modern agricultural machinery. As a result of calculating the coefficient of energy saturation of wheeled tractors according to the criteria of the same size of the front and rear tires, as well as the range of engine power change 200 ÷ 500 hp, the world brands of tractors are given: Claas, Case, New Holland, John Deere, KhTZ and others. On the basis of this analysis, the belonging of wheeled tractors with the same tire size to the traction or traction energy concept was established. It was established that the overwhelming majority of tractors belong to the traction and energy concept, that is, modern tractor manufacturers do not exclude operating conditions with parallel operating power take-offs, for example, when performing transport or transport-technological operations. The analysis of global manufacturers of tractor tanks used in the transportation of fluids in agricultural lands was carried out. A possible range of the amount of fluid in the tank depending on the design features of the platform (wreck) has been established. It was noted that the semi-trailer tank platform is more popular; however, for a comprehensive analysis of the redistribution of the center of mass of the liquid in the tank, it is necessary to consider both the semi-trailer and the trailer tank. Suspension system semi-trailer tank and tank trailer is designated. Simplified dynamic models of semi-trailer and tank trailers with the establishment of the control action on the overall system of the machine-tractor unit, external disturbance, the reaction of the tractor and the tank, as well as the effect of the redistribution of fluid mass on the wheel tractor are given. The main approaches to the formation of a dynamic (non-linear) model of a straight-line movement of a machine-tractor unit with semi-trailers and tank trailers are highlighted. The components of the dynamic model, which vary in the vertical and longitudinal planes, as well as during angular displacements, are described.

Mathematical modeling of the oscillatory process ofthe longitudinal motion of a machine-tractor unit with a semitrailer tank equipped with a hydraulic liquid mixer is developed. The redistribution of liquid in the tank by the characteristics of Rayleighsurface waves is taken into consideration. The influence of the mixer operation on the total vibrational motion of the liquid in the tank is given. Thespectrum of frequencies of free mechanical oscillations is determined, and the corresponding forms ofinterconnected movements of the elements of a tractor and a tank are analyzed. Виконано математичне моделювання коливального процесу поздовжнього руху машинно-тракторного агрегату з напівпричіп-цистерною, яка має гідравлічний змішувач рідини. Для перерозподілу рідини у цистерні, що викликаний коливаннями оболонки, використано характеристики поверхневих хвиль Релея. Наведено вплив роботи змішувача на загальний коливальний рух рідини в цистерні. Знайдено спектр частот вільних механічних коливань, а також проаналізовано відповідні форми взаємопов’язаних рухів елементів трактора та цистерни.
