The article explores the construction of more railways in Africa. Many countries are investing government funds to construct modern lines to replace old tracks, including Congo, Kenya and Ethiopia. Other countries are also proposing new railways, including a line to connect Rwanda and Tanzania. The Kenyan project is considered as the most ambitious.
