In the present study, we present a multi-attribute-decision-making (MADM) strategy in Single Valued Pentapartitioned Neutrosophic Set (SVPNS) environment based on Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) which we call SVPNS- MADM strategy. We define Hamming distance between two single valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic sets and prove its basic properties. The notion of pentapartitioned neutrosophic set is a powerful mathematical tool to deal with incomplete, indeterminate, ignorance, and inconsistent information. In this paper, we extend the neutrosophic GRA strategy to pentapartitioned neutrosophic GRA strategy. Then we employ it to an MADM strategy. Further, we demonstrate the developed MADM strategy by solving an illustrative numerical example that reflects the efficiency and applicability of the proposed strategy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
