In this article, we introduce a new method to analysis avian influenza virus (AIV) of subtype H5N1 and study the similarity of these sequences. We make a comparison for some nucleic acid sequences of H5N1 AIV in Asia by using the 2D and 3D graphic representation. Comparing these sequences, we structured a phylogenetic tree and discussed the evolutional relationship among these viruses.
