The experiment was to comparative analysis of muscle fatty acid composition in 12 local chicken breeds. Based on the results of previous studies, the nutritional composition and muscle fatty acid content of 12 chicken breeds (White-eared chicken, Langshan chicken, Xiaoshan chicken, Beijing-You chicken, Silky chicken, Yugan black chicken, Chongren Ma chicken, Sanhuang chicken, Kangle chicken, Tibetan chicken, Wuding chicken and Dawei Mountain chicken) were analyzed. The results showed that the system hydraulic force, shear force and pH value of Sanhuang chickens were better than Xiaoshan chickens, White-eared chickens and Beijing-You chickens. The crude fat content of Tibetan chicken was significantly higher than that of the other 11 chicken breeds. The amino acid nutritional value of Sanhuang chicken, White-eared chicken and Tibetan chicken was higher. Silky chicken had the highest relative content of saturated fatty acids (44.96%) and Tibetan chicken had the lowest saturated fatty acid content (31.67%). Tibetan chicken had the highest unsaturated fatty acid (68.22%) and unsaturated fatty acids of Langshan chicken and Silky chicken were the lowest (54.34% and 54.43%). The first six principal components obtained by principal component analysis could explain 69.153% of total variance, of which the first, second and third principal components explained 27.352%, 25.371% and 16.431% of total variance, respectively. The phylogenetic clustering diagram based on principal component values classified 12 local chicken breeds in China into four categories, Yugan black chicken, Sanhuang chicken, Kangle chicken and Chongren Ma chicken were in one category. Beijing-You chicken, Tibetan chicken and Wuding chicken were in one category. Xiaoshan chickens, Dawei Mountain chickens, Langshan chickens and Silky chickens were in one category. White-eared chickens formed independent branches. The study indicates that unsaturated fatty acids of Tibetan chicken, Yugan black chicken and Sanhuang chicken are significantly higher than saturated fatty acids and their composition was more in line with standard of human diet. Since the limitation of carbon emissions, China's photovoltaic (PV) industry has developed vigorously, while some traditional heavy industries have been violently hit. Therefore, the industrial production data exhibits significant nonlinear and complexity characteristics, which may affect prediction accuracy, thus hindering the corresponding department's decision-making. Consequently, a novel structure-adaptive fractional Bernoulli grey model is presented in this paper to surmount this toughie, and the core innovations can be summarized as follows. Initially, a novel time function term is utilized to depict the accumulative time effect, which can smoothly represent the dynamic variations and significantly strengthen the robustness of the new model. Besides, the fractional-order accumulation technique, which could effectively improve the predicting accuracy, is employed in the proposed model. Furthermore, the adaptability and generalizability of the proposed model can be enhanced by the self-adaptive parameters optimized by the Particle Swarm Optimization. For illustration and verification purposes, experiments on forecasting the annual output of Photovoltaic modules in China and the annual output of steel in Beijing are compared with a range of benchmarks, including the classic GM (1, 1), conventional econometric technology, and machine learning methods. And the results confirmed that the proposed model is superior to all benchmark models, which indicates that the novel model is indeed suitable for industrial production forecasting. Based on the output data of Beijing Climate Center Atmospheric General Circulation Model version 2.0.1 (BCC_AGCM2.0.1), this study evaluates the simulated precipitation and associated circulation during the Meiyu period over the Yangtze-Huaihe River Basin (YHRB). The results show that BCC_AGCM2.0.1 can reasonably reproduce the spatial pattern of Meiyu over the YHRB. However, compared to the observation, the model underestimated (overestimated) the torrential and heavy (moderate and light) rainy days, indicating that the more (less) simulated light (torrential) rainy days result in more (less) modeled total rainy days (Meiyu precipitation amount). The simulated Meiyu onset begins in early June, earlier about 20 days than the climatological observation. For duration, Meiyu persists for 15 days, about 5 days shorter than the observation, which may be due to the simulated land-sea thermal contrast is earlier in early June. During the Meiyu period, the distribution patterns of the upper troposphere atmospheric circulation can be well simulated by BCC_AGCM2.0.1, but the obvious deficiency lies in the lower-troposphere air temperature and wind field, especially over Tibetan Plateau area. A content analysis of photos from four major US newspapers and four major Chinese newspapers depicting the 2008 anti-China/Olympics protests revealed significantly different denoted themes. On one hand, the most prominent dominant visual theme in US newspapers was suppression followed by pro-Tibet demonstrations. On the other hand, in Chinese newspapers the most dominant visual theme was the Olympic torch relay followed by riots and restoring order. Overall, the US dailies visually portrayed a more pro-Tibetan independence slant and the Chinese dailies visually portrayed a more pro-Chinese government slant. Further, the US newspapers portrayed the anti-China demonstrators as non-violent while the Chinese newspapers portrayed them as violent. To give their readers a sense of harmony, Chinese dailies limited the number of images showing anti-China protests, while the US dailies highlighted them, communicating to their readers the suppressive nature of the Chinese government and downplaying the voices of people who supported it. A Gram-negative, aerobic, oval-shaped, and light red pigmented bacterium, designated T6-1T, was isolated from the mash of wine collected from a wine-making laboratory simulated fermenter located in Beijing, China. The optimal growth of T6-1T occurred at 30 °C, pH 7.0 with 1% NaCl. The sole respiratory quinone was menaquinone-7 (MK-7). The principal cellular fatty acids (>5%) were iso-C15:0, iso-C17:0 3OH, C16:1 ω5c, and iso-C17:0. The major polar lipids were PE (phosphatidylethanolamine), PL (unidentified phospholipid), and L1-2 (unidentified lipids). 16S rRNA phylogenetic analysis indicated that strain T6-1T belonged to the genus Pontibacter. The 16S rRNA gene sequence of strain T6-1T was most similar to Pontibacter amylolyticus 9-2T (95.92%). The genomic DNA G+C content of strain T6-1 was 50.34 mol%. The digital DNA–DNA relatedness and average nucleotide identity value between T6-1T and 9-2T was 20.20% and 74.18%, respectively. Polyphasic taxonomy analysis indicated that strain T6-1T represents a novel species of the genus Pontibacter, for which the name Pontibacter beigongshangensis sp. nov. is proposed, with the type strain T6-1T (= CGMCC 1.17104T = KCTC 72413T).
