New juridical needs linked to the National Health System (SUS) in Brazil during the pandemic forward significant cases for the analysis of the national public health during the period. Through urgency tutelages which demanded the transference of SARS-CoV-2 infected people to Intensive Care Therapy, current paper analyzes aspects of juridical decisions in the health area during the pandemic. Juridical demand and the deferment or not of demands are analytic sources to understand the state of the Brazilian health system couple to the usefulness of these decisions within the same context and to identify important aspects on the situation. BACKGROUND: To mitigate the COVID-19 pandemic, social isolation was needed. Since individuals with Parkinson's disease (PD) have a high risk if catching the COVID-19, and physical exercise is one of the most effective treatments for this disease. In this scenario home-based exercise is a great solution to minimize losses by inactivity. AIM: To report the process of development of a remote physical exercise program based on a face-to-face physical exercise program. METHOD: We transform a one-hour-session-twice-a-week face-to-face program to a remote format keeping the objectives and structure. The sessions of the face-to-face program were structured by: warm-up, balance, aerobic capacity, resistance training, transference, and cool down. RESULTS: An asynchronous remote program was chosen to ensure that the participants would be able to perform the physical exercises with a caregiver or family member at home as safely as possible. The sessions were delivered by a single video with all 5 parts with prescriptions (time, sets, and repetitions), instructions about safety, and alternatives exercises. We create two questionnaires to investigate attendance, barriers, safety, and overall experience. CONCLUSION: This paper purposed an asynchronous program with a single video per session to initiate the remote program for individuals with PD, who already carried out a face-to-face program of physical exercise. The authors examine the impact of countertransference in two clinical cases of transgender patients treated by two cisgender analysts who are accustomed to receiving nonconforming gender patients in France and Brazil. The context is that of contemporary views of transphobic countertransference reactions, specifically the work of Griffin Hansbury, who describes these reactions in terms of "unthinkable anxieties." Like other theorists with expanding notions of countertransference, the authors view transphobia in analysis as an "instrument of research" and consider how taking responsibility for the transference is particularly relevant in respect to clinical cases that also reflect societal changes. Following the authors' case presentations, they identify four different fantasies and countertransferential reactions that sprang from their efforts to be safe analysts or, in other words, analysts concerned about the perpetuation of discrimination, violence, and oppression that may have guided their work. Objectives: to assess the impact of the Training Course on Prevention and Treatment of PU, in width and depth; to observe and analyze the variables of transference support of training, offered by the organization and to verify the existence of the relationship between transference support and training impact. Methods: this was a quantitative study, in which data were collected through the application of Likert-type instruments, conducted with 75 nurses participating in a training at a hospital organization in Säo Paulo city. Data were analyzed statistically. Results: there was a positive impact in width and depth, and the variables of transference support were strongly related to the impact, and situational factors of support were the main predictors of impact. Conclusion: the results pointed toward pathways to redirect the practice of instructional actions in the work environment of individuals in the study scenario and in similar situations that occur in organizations. Based on a concrete experience of research, this text proposes a dialogue between psychoanalysis and anthropology, especially in terms of the relationships between researchers and their objects in ethnographical work: in fieldwork, in analyses and in the interpretation of data. These relationships are seen on the basis of transference. They showed the possibility for dialogue on an analytical and methodological level, between two fields of interest, both of which conceive reality as mediated by language. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper proposes that countertransference dreams may serve as indicators and help deal with difficult crisis in the psychoanalytic process. The transferential field defines the difficulties which the analyst has to deal with. The analyst is always involved in this field.
