Objective: To understand the social representations of the use of concept maps in a tutorial group of nursing students. Methods: Qualitative research, based on the Collective Subject Discourse analysis of 26 students from a public university in the Midwest of Brazil. Results: Two categories emerged from the discourse analysis: 1) Concept Map: a facilitating tool for learning organization and 2) Concept Map: a tool that causes tension and disadvantages learning. Conclusion: The concept map facilitates self-study and learning, as it enables the synthesis of knowledge and the organization of reasoning. The Multidisciplinary Residency in Hospital Care (MRHC) should be taken as a paradigm of care model adopted in primary care, valuing full attention and establishing a relationship. The Basic Heath Unity is a very rich place for the integration of activities among its professionals and multidisciplinary residents. That experience helped in building a new outlook and new process of health work in primary care both while in hospital care. All program activities developed allowed MRHC integration among different residence health areas of : Nursing, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Psychology. From their experiences problems were solved in terms of primary care. Based on how important the team is in primary care and the exchange of knowledge a partnership relationship was built, that was at the same time interdependent and that fedback. It resulted the possibility of empowering the local population. In every case, there is a paradigm that must be designed from the satisfactory completion of its various stages. The experience of the Multidisciplinary Residency Hospital as part of primary care provides the ideal model of the Unified Health System functioning : the participation of various professions in most basic level of care in which resolution is really achieved and health services begins. After all the experiences discussed, concepts learned designs changed, it is important that this experience becomes the routine for residents in every Basic Health Unity in Brazil's UBSs. This study aimed, to. evaluate the effectiveness of a teaching strategy on nursing diagnoses based on problem-based learning in the performance of clinical reasoning and diagnostic trial of undergraduate students. Experimental study conducted in two phases: content validation of problems and implementation of educational strategy. The results showed improvement in the data pooling ability of students in the experimental group. It is concluded that the strategy put in practice exerted a positive influence.
