Information on various topics discussed at the 2011 National Annual Meeting held at Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California in May on Boy Scouts of America (BSA) is presented. Topics include the Journey to Excellence (JTE) as a strategy for the improvement of every scout and scouter, the challenges faced by BSA, and the improvement in the JTE pilot programs in 2010. The events featured several participants such as chief scout executive Robert Mazzuca and BSA president Rex Tillerson.
