The article discusses on Watsu, which was developed at Harbin Hot Springs, in Middletown, California in 1980 by Harold Dull. Watsu is a relaxing therapy combined with gentle stretching and accupressure. The patient is instructed to float in the water with a synchronized breathing with the practitioner. The therapy is found to elongate the spine, rotates joint and relaxes muscles.
