The article mentions the price for membership in a fitness club. Holly Bond, a concerned mom of an overweight--and video game-addicted--teen has made exercise part of the games. Bond opened Bulldog Interactive Fitness, a 3,000-square-foot gym-arcade hybrid, in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, earlier this year. Kids pedal on bikes linked to Sony PlayStations and dance to music videos while a screen directs their footwork. Memberships cost around US$25 a month. The idea is a hit, and Bond hopes to open four franchises in Canada by year's end.
