Highlights: [•] We investigated the Quaternary Komadugu Yobe aquifer in the Lake Chad Basin. [•] We used the Magnetic Resonance Sounding (MRS) method with time-domain EM. [•] We obtained a continuous view of the aquifer structure by combining TDEM and MRS. [•] Numerical modeling shows an integrated geophysical response over layered deposits.
