Every year millions of people take planes, buses, ship, cars or trains to travel to cross boarding of their owns countries or others ones. There are a lot of those people traveling around the world by different subjects: tourism, holidays, business, job opportunities, and religion or study reasons, even wars causes. Whatever be the movement reason, an international trip it's an agreement among four actors: the protagonists, the travel agency, the transport company and finally, the host country. Generally those countries give their best to give a healthy secure service giving all the necessary information to their visitors, checking the hostel service and making hard advices about the food and water. The illness caught by the travelers in a foreign country, represents a big risk still, in spite of the precautions pointed below. Travel without immunity care (vaccines), the specific medicine and a responsible sexual conduct, and about the alcohol and food consume. In fact, all these make the infection carriers to these persons. Actually this situation is something common in Chile, so is necessary to know some of pathologies and incipient diseases with the purpose to give an alert all the Medical Technologists of the country.
