The public's support for emergency infrastructure projects, which will affect the government's credibility, social stability, and development, is very important. However, there are few systematic research findings on public support for emergency infrastructure projects. In order to explore the factors influencing the public's support and the degree of influence of each factor on the public's support, this paper employs K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), a learning curve with m-fold cross-validation, grid search, and random forest to study the public's support for emergency infrastructure projects and its influencing factors. In this paper, a prediction model of the public's support for emergency infrastructure projects is developed based on KNN from data drawn from a questionnaire survey of 445 local residents concerning Wuhan Leishenshan Hospital, China. Two optimization algorithms, the learning curve with m-fold cross-validation and the grid search algorithm, are proposed to optimize the key parameters of the KNN predictive model. Additionally, quantitative analysis is conducted by using the random forest algorithm to assess the importance of various factors influencing public support. The results show that the prediction accuracy and model stability of the KNN prediction model based on the grid search algorithm are better than those using a learning curve with m-fold cross-validation. Furthermore, the random forest algorithm quantitative analysis shows that the most important factor influencing the public's support is government attention. The conclusions drawn from this paper provide a theoretical reference and practical guidance for decision making and the sustainable development of emergency infrastructure projects in China. Simple Summary: Parasitoids of the family Mymaridae (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea) are difficult to collect and study, in part because of their small body size of 0.2–1.5 mm. Currently, more than 1500 species have been described and recorded. However, molecular data are rarely generated and used in relation to these small parasitoids. The genus Pseudanaphes is one of the smaller genera, with only five known species, for which molecular data were not available until this study. In this study, a new species of Pseudanaphes, P. yadongicus Aishan & Cao sp. nov., is separated from the known species P. zhaoi Lin by combining morphological and molecular data, both collected in Tibet, China. The DNA barcode and illustrations of P. zhaoi are also provided simultaneously. The DNA barcodes, morphological diagnosis, and a key to the world species of this genus will facilitate studies on this genus. The fairyfly Mymaridae (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea) are widely distributed worldwide, but species of this family have rarely been collected and recorded from the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau. In this study, mymarids collected in Tibet, China, are identified based on morphology and molecular data. Two species of the genus Pseudanaphes Noyes & Valentine are treated and illustrated here, including a known species, P. zhaoi Lin, and a new species, P. yadongicus Aishan & Cao sp. nov. Simple Summary: Fruit flies in the family Tephritidae are economically important pests of edible fruits, with some known hymenopteran parasitoids. Although Aceratoneuromyia indica (Silvestri) is one of the most common parasitoids and has been used in biological control of fruit flies, its establishment in biocontrol is impeded by the difficulties of proper identity. The genus Aceratoneuromyia Girault (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae) is studied here, and the generic name Trjapitzinichus Kostjukov and Kosheleva is proposed as a new synonym under Aceratoneuromyia as well. Based on morphology and DNA barcodes, A. bilinis Huangfu and Cao sp. nov., A. carinata Cao and Zhu sp. nov. and A. trilinus Cao and Zhu sp. nov. are described and illustrated. The well-known parasitoid of fruit flies, A. indica, is treated here with the diagnosis and illustrations. In addition, this study provided a morphological diagnosis for Aceratoneuromyia as well as a key to world species of this genus. We also briefly discussed the relationship of Aceratoneuromyia with other possibly close groups based on available morphological data. Together with DNA barcodes of A. bilinis sp. nov. and A. indica generated here, this study provided essential and useful information for the species identity of Aceratoneuromyia. Background: The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China has seriously affected people's mental health. We aimed to assess the psychological impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 on health care workers and non-health care workers in three different epidemic areas in China and to identify independent risk factors. Methods: We surveyed 1,020 non-health care workers and 480 health care workers in Wuhan, other cities in Hubei except Wuhan and other provinces in China except Hubei. Results: Health care workers in Hubei had higher levels of anxiety and depression than non-health care workers (p < 0.05), but there was no such difference in other provinces in China except Hubei (p > 0.05). Compared with other regions, health care workers in Wuhan was more anxious (p < 0.05), and this anxiety may be caused by concerns about occupational exposure and wearing protective clothing for a long time daily; health care workers in Hubei had more obvious depression (p < 0.05), which may be associated with long days participating in epidemic work and wearing protective clothing for a long time daily. Meanwhile, 62.5% of health care workers were proud of their work. The anxiety and depression of non-health care workers in Wuhan were also the most serious. Conclusions: In Wuhan, where the epidemic is most severe, levels of anxiety and depression seem to be higher, especially among health care workers. Background and Aims: The aims of this study were to investigate the proportion of clinical irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) at a tertiary hospital in China, to compare the Rome III and Rome IV criteria with regard to IBS diagnosis, to describe the agreement between the Rome III and Rome IV criteria, and to identify differences between Rome IV-positive and -negative IBS patients. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was performed among outpatients in the gastrointestinal (GI) department of a tertiary hospital. The patients were categorized as having IBS using Rome III and Rome IV criteria. Results: In total, 1,376 (91.7%) patients completed a GI symptom questionnaire. Among them, 352 were suspected of having IBS and 175 were diagnosed with IBS using the Rome III or Rome IV criteria. In particular, 170 (12.4%) patients were diagnosed with IBS using the Rome III criteria, and 84 (6.1%) patients were diagnosed using the Rome IV criteria. Rome IV IBS patients experienced more pain symptoms (P<0.01) and showed higher IBS severity scores. In contrast, no significant differences were noted for demographic characteristics, stool frequency, IBS subtype, disease course, operation history or GI infection history between Rome IV IBS patients and IBS patients not diagnosed with the Rome IV criteria. Conclusions: Rome IV-positive IBS patients represented approximately half of Rome III-positive IBS patients at a tertiary hospital in China. While extracting gold and silver from telluride-type gold deposits, it is beneficial to develop a comprehensive recovery technology for tellurium. In this paper, we report process mineralogy based on the backward processing technology and the low comprehensive utilization rate of typical telluride-type gold deposits in Xiaoqinling, China. The findings show that tellurium, gold, and silver are the most valuable elements in the ore fissures and gangue minerals and are encapsulated in metallic sulfur ore in the form of altaite, hessite, calaverite, antamokite and natural gold. The flotation method was innovatively applied in this study to comprehensively recover Te, Au and Ag. The results show that when the ore particle size was −0.074 mm (70%), the flotation pulp density was 33%, the pulp pH was 8, and the combined collector (isoamyl xanthate + ethyl thio- carbamate (1:1)) was 120 g/t, in the process involving one rough flotation step, two cleaning flotations and two scavenging flotations as well as a continuous 8 d industrial test, the recovery degree was stable and the average grades of Te, Au, and Ag were 241.61, 90.30, and 92.74 g/t with 95.42%, 97.28%, and 94.65% recovery rates, respectively; thus, excellent recovery degrees were obtained. Compared with the original flotation process, the recovery rates of Te, Au, and Ag were increased by 19.91%, 6.93%, and 5.67%, which boosted the effective enrichment of all valuable elements in the telluride-type gold mine and achieved technological progress. Depressive symptoms have a considerable negative impact on mental health. This study aimed to understand the relationship between the protein-enriched and anti-inflammatory dietary index scores, modified healthy lifestyle index scores (Modified HLIS), and depressive symptoms. This study used convenience sampling to conduct a single-center cross-sectional survey. From January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2020, a total of 287,945 Chinese adults from a health management center of a general hospital completed an online self-reported health questionnaire, which included demographic characteristics, the Dietary Diversity Scale, the Modified Healthy Lifestyle Index Scores and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9. The higher anti-inflammatory dietary index scores (POR = 0.87; 95 % CI: 0.86–0.87; p < 0.001), moderate modified healthy lifestyle index scores (POR = 0.76; 95 % CI: 0.75–0.78; p < 0.001) and sufficient modified healthy lifestyle index scores (POR = 0.53; 95 % CI: 0.52–0.54; p < 0.001) were negatively associated with depressive symptoms, while the higher protein-enriched dietary index scores (POR = 1.01; 95 % CI: 1.01–1.02; p < 0.001) was positively correlated with depressive symptoms. This study demonstrated that protein-enriched and anti-inflammatory dietary index scores, and multiple healthy lifestyles are associated depressive symptoms in adults. • Multiple healthy lifestyles are associated depressive symptoms in adults. • The higher protein-enriched dietary index was positively correlated with depressive symptoms in adults, while the higher anti-inflammatory dietary index was negatively associated with them. • Factors affecting depressive symptoms include age ≥ 45 years, married, female, ethnic minority, BMI <30.0 kg/m2 and smoking history. With a high proportion of renewable energy generation connected to the power grid, the combined heat and power (CHP) units need to have flexible operation and control capabilities over a wide range of variable load conditions. In China, the proportion of supercritical combined heat and power (S-CHP) units gradually increases due to their high thermal efficiency. In this paper, we propose a data-driven environment modeling method and an offline reinforcement learning-based electricity–heat coordinated control approach for the wide and flexible load adjustment capabilities of the S-CHP unit. First of all, a modeling method based on the multiple multilayer perceptron (MLP) ensemble is proposed to address the possible over-fitting produced by a single MLP. Then, the state and reward are set considering the dynamic characteristics of the S-CHP unit. Moreover, policy training is implemented through a soft actor-critic algorithm with a maximum entropy model to ensure more robust search capabilities under variable load conditions and targets. The simulation results show that the generalization ability of the environment in the multiple MLP ensemble mode is more substantial than that in the single MLP mode. In addition, when the electric load command is between 267 MW and 325 MW, the offline reinforcement learning can significantly reduce the integral of absolute error matrices of the output parameters, demonstrating that the proposed strategy can achieve electricity–heat coordinated control under variable load conditions. • Offline RL ensures the electricity–heat coordinated control in variable loads. • Ensemble MLP structure implements the model with better generalization ability. • The state is selected considering the dynamic response of the S-CHP unit. • The reward is designed in power-dominated and heat-dominated modes. • The IAE metrics of system outputs are improved by the proposed policy. Background: Youth mental health problems are a public health priority. Multiple healthy lifestyle behaviors may cluster into healthy lifestyle behavioral patterns (HLBPs) that increase mental health risks in adolescents and older adults, but little is known regarding young adults. This study aimed to explore the associations between cluster HLBPs and mental health problems in young adults., Methods: We selected 161,744 young adults aged 20-39 as participants from the database of a Chinese general hospital health management center for the years 2015-2020. The latent class analysis was used to identify HLBPs., Results: A total of 15.0 % of young adults have at least one mental health problem. Five clusters of HLBPs were identified, characterized as low-risk class (1.6 %), moderate-risk class 1 (12.0 %), moderate-risk class 2 (2.1 %), moderate-risk class 3 (56.8 %), and high-risk class (27.4 %). The odds ratios (ORs) for young adults with two mental health problems increased with the risk grade of HLBPs, while the ORs for young adults with one or three mental health problems ranged from high to low according to the risk grade of HLBPs: high-risk class, moderate-risk class 2, moderate-risk class 3, moderate-risk class 1., Limitations: Cross-sectional design and no causal conclusions could be drawn., Conclusion: Young adults demonstrated a cluster phenomenon of healthy lifestyle behaviors and significant associations between HLBPs and mental health problems. Young adults with a higher risk grade for HLBPs were more likely to have mental health problems. This study used the sexually mature Chinese mitten crabs as the research object, and the total arsenic and six major species were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC-ICP-MS). The influence of three common cooking methods on the forms of arsenic and content in different edible parts of crabs were explored. Furthermore, the bioavailability of arsenic and its different forms in the crabs were studied by in vitro gastrointestinal digestion. Based on the risk assessment of arsenic in gastrointestinal digestion, the results showed that the Target Hazard Quotient (THQ) of arsenic was less than 1, which did not pose a significant health risk, but the risk of carcinogenesis of arsenic can not be ignored. Considering the effects of cooking and gastrointestinal digestion into account, a more realistic estimate of the risk associated with the consumption of Chinese mitten crabs can be deciphered., (Copyright © 2022 Elsevier Ltd. Objective: To understand the dynamic of Oncomelania hupensis snail status in Duchang County at north shore of Poyang Lake, so as to provide the evidence for formulating the strategy of schistosomiasis control., Methods: The data about the snail status in Duchang County from 2005 to 2012 were collected, and the change trend of the snail status was analyzed. Results From 2005 to 2012, all the average density of living snails, the occurrence rate of frames with living snails, the density of infected snails and the area with infected snails showed a trend of sharp decline, and stayed at a low level. Compared to 2005, the above 4 indexes in 2008 decreased by 70.06%, 90.33%, 79.48%, and 37.88%, respectively, and those in 2012 decreased by 99.35%, 98.98%, 99.33%, and 93.84%, respectively. The infection rates of snails fluctuated between 0.06% and 0.53%, which showed a trend of first decrease and then increase. The snail area maintained at the level of 2052.5 hm2 since 2007., Conclusions: Most of the indexes of the snail status in Duchang County have decreased to the lowest level in history since 2012, but the snail area is stable and the infection rate of snails shows a fluctuation trend, which suggests that the risks of schistosomiasis transmission still exist, and the snail control still should be strengthened.

Objective: To understand the characteristics of schistosome cercarial infested water contact of residents in Poyang Lake endemic areas after the operation of Three Gorges Project, so as to provide the evidence for formulating a well-directed control strategy., Methods: The residents in two villages in schistosomiasis endemic areas were selected and surveyed for their activities of infested water contacts by questionnaire., Results: The proportion and frequency of infested water contacts of residents in Poyang Lake region were high and the average rate of infested water contacts was 69.77%, and 98.96% of infested water contacts occurred in spring, summer and autumn. The main ways of infested water contacts were fishing/swimming/playing for adult men, washing clothes/fishing for adult women, and swimming/playing for school children, respectively. The rates of infested water contacts were 73.33%, 71.63% and 61.87% in adult men, women and school children, respectively. The frequencies of infested water contacts > 1 time/week, 1 time/week-1 time/month, and < 1 time/month were 62.61%, 23.74% and 13.66% respectively., Conclusions: The infested water contacts mainly occurs in spring, summer and autumn, and the main way of infested water contacts was fishing. Farming and mowing grass, which had been the primary way, now become the secondary way for the adult residents.

Objective: Sturgeons were the important economic species in Beijing. In July 2012, continuous mortality of cultured hybrid sturgeons was occurred on a farm in Huairou., Methods: We isolated three pathogens from liver, kidney and spleen of the dying sturgeons with clinical symptoms, marked HRS12718L, HRS12718K and HRS12718S respectively. Then we analyzed theirs morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, and drug sensitivity. We also cloned and partially sequenced the 16S rDNA of strain HRS12718K. Moreover, we identified the pathogenic characteristic of strain HRS12718K by artificial infection., Results: The morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics of three strains were consistent with that of Streptococcus iniae isolated from other fishes in China, and 16S rDNA sequence of the strain HRS12718K was more than 99.1% homology with that of Streptococcus iniae. The LD50 of the pathogen to hybrid sturgeon was 4.42 x 10(5) CFU/mL, and challenged sturgeons presented the similar signs as the natural infected sturgeons. In addition, the bacterium was sensitive to norfloxacin, enrofloxacin, neomycin sulfate, doxycyline hyclate and tetracycline hydrochloride, and was highly sensitive to enrofloxacin., Conclusion: Streptococcus iniae was the pathogen to cultured hybrid sturgeons in Beijing area, and enrofloxacin can be used against the disease.

In this study, a single base extension-tag array on glass slides (SBE-TAGS) microarray was established to detect the seven leading seafood-borne pathogens, including Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio vulnificus, Vibrio mimicus, Vibrio alginolyticus, Vibrio anguillarum, and Vibrio harveyi. Three multiplex PCR assays were developed to specifically target the following species with individual gene markers, which are aadS, tdh, and trh for V. parahaemolyticus; col, toxR, and vvh for V. alginolyticus, V. mimicus, and V. vulnificus; and empA, vhh1, and tcpA for V. anguillarum, V. harveyi, and V. cholerae, respectively. The purified PCR products were used as template DNA for single base extension-tag reactions, labeled with Cy3 fluorescent dye and hybridized to DNA microarrays. The detection specificity of this microarray method was 100%, with the sensitivity for pure genomic DNA at 200 fg to 2 pg per reaction. Application of the DNA microarray methodology to 55 naturally contaminated seafood samples (shrimp, fish, and oysters) revealed the presence of V. parahaemolyticus at 50.9% and V. alginolyticus at 32.7%. This corresponds with traditional assays (microbiological and biochemical tests) except one sample which was identified as negative in V. parahaemolyticus by the microarray assay but as positive by the conventional method. Therefore, a combination of multiplex PCR with DNA microarray hybridization based on SBE-TAGS ensures rapid and accurate detection of pathogenic Vibrio species in seafood, thereby providing safer seafood products for consumers at a low financial burden to the aquaculture industry.
