The serious consequences of climate warming have increasingly become a globe agenda in recent decades. China has been actively participating in various initiatives to address global climate change and has made commitments to reduce carbon emissions. Although the logistics industry is regarded as the "new driving force of national economic development", its carbon intensity is relatively high. Therefore, whether the logistics industry can develop in a green and low-carbon way is very crucial. This paper takes the green logistics efficiency of China's provincial logistics industry as the research object. The Super-SBM model is used to measure the China's green logistics efficiency, then the general dynamic characteristics is depicted by kernel density analysis. With the GML (Global Malmquist-Luenberger) index model, the reasons for the changes in green logistics efficiency are explained. Finally, Moran's I index is used to analyze the spatial correlation of green logistics efficiency in each province. The results show that the green logistics efficiency in China is at a low level, but with an upward trend. China's green logistics efficiency has a significant positive spatial correlation, showing a zonal pattern of high in the east and low in the west, and a polarization phenomenon. In addition, the bottleneck of the overall development of green logistics efficiency in China depends on the level of green technology. Objective: Bladder cancer is the 13th most common cancer in China with the predominant histologic type being urothelial carcinoma (UC). Locally advanced and metastatic (la/m) UC accounts for 12% of UC and the five‐year survival rate is only 39.4%, imposing a significant disease and economic burden on the patients. The aim of this scoping review is to synthesize existing evidence of epidemiology, the landscape of treatment options and associated efficacy and safety profiles, as well as treatment‐related biomarkers among Chinese la/mUC patients. Methods: A systematic search was conducted on five databases (PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Wanfang, and CNKI) from January 2011 to March 2022 based on the scoping review criteria in accordance with the guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta‐Analysis Extension for Scoping Reviews. Results: A total of 6211 records were identified, and further review resulted in 41 relevant studies that met all criteria. Additional searches were conducted on epidemiology and treatment‐related biomarkers of bladder cancer to supplement the evidence. Among 41 studies, 24 reported on platinum‐based chemotherapy, eight on non‐platinum‐based chemotherapy, six on immunotherapy, two on targeted therapy, and one on surgery. Efficacy outcomes were summarized by line of therapy. Treatment‐related biomarkers including PD‐L1, HER2, and FGFR3 alterations were identified, and the alteration rate of FGFR3 of Chinese UC patients was lower than that of the western patients. Conclusions: Despite chemotherapy has been the main treatment choice for decades, appealing new therapeutic strategies including ICIs, targeted therapies and ADCs were applied in clinical practice. Further research on epidemiology and treatment‐related biomarkers of la/mUC patients is needed given only a limited number of studies have been identified thus far. High genomic heterogeneity and complexity of molecular features were observed among la/mUC patients; thus, further studies are required to identify critical drivers and promote potential precise therapies. • The overall GLE of the BRI partner countries remains relatively low while there is a discernible upward trend annually. • The BRI exerts a considerable influence on the enhancement of GLE in partner countries. • The effect of efficiency improvement in middle-income countries is markedly greater than in high-income countries. • A time-varying DID model is utilized to mitigate biases from varied join times of partner countries in the BRI. As a crucial event in the process of China's trade cooperation and openness, the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) relies on the logistics as the foundational industry for its sustainable development. This study measures the green logistics efficiency (GLE) of BRI partner countries using panel data from 2013 to 2019 and evaluates the BRI's impact on their GLE. We find that: (1) The GLE of BRI partner countries is generally low, with only 15.9% achieving effectiveness. High-income countries have notably higher GLE than middle-income ones. (2) The GLE of BRI partner countries shows an upward trend annually, especially in middle-income countries, which are closing the gap with high-income countries. (3) The BRI has a significant positive impact on the GLE growth of partner countries. Heterogeneity analysis reveals that this growth effect is more pronounced in middle-income countries. Science and technology innovation is the new driving force of urban development, and it is an important vehicle to promote financial development. Innovative city attaches importance to the driving role of science and technology innovation capacity on industry development in the construction process, which will drive the development of the city's financial industry. This article takes China's innovative city pilot policy as a quasinatural experiment and uses the panel data of 235 prefecture-level cities in China from 2005 to 2017 to construct a difference-in-differences model (DID) to investigate the net effect and mechanism of the policy implementation on the financial development level of pilot cities. The results show the following: (1) the construction of innovative cities has significantly improved the financial development level of pilot cities, and the conclusion is still valid through the robustness test; (2) the financial development level promotion effect of innovative city construction has regional heterogeneity, and the financial development level promotion effect of central cities is more significant; (3) the construction of innovative cities can improve the financial development level of pilot cities by improving the intermediary effect of scientific and technological talents gathering and industrial structure upgrading. "Fast fashion" represents a short product life cycle, and international SPA enterprises are therefore criticised as representatives of high energy consumption, pollution, and emissions, which is contrary to China's goal of achieving carbon neutrality. In the context of China's shift to a low-carbon economic development model, how should SPA enterprises breakthrough in the face of China's large-scale market advantage and domestic demand potential? Based on the statistics of 277 prefecture-level cities from 2010 to 2018, this article selects 5 leading international SPA enterprises and uses the difference-in-differences (DID) method to explore the impact of low-carbon initiative on the location expansion of international SPA enterprises. The results suggest that the quantity of location expansions of SPA enterprises in the pilot cities is significantly lower by approximately 0.418 units compared with the nonpilot cities, implying that the low-carbon initiative has a significant inhibitory effect on the location expansion of SPA enterprises. After a series of robustness tests, the conclusion is valid. The results of the heterogeneity test suggest that the suppression effect is mainly found in the subsample of central cities and cities with medium and low levels of economic development. As a new model of urban development, it is important to scientifically analyze the impact of smart cities on the quality of foreign direct investment (FDI). This article constructs a difference in differences' model to test the impact of foreign direct investment quality in smart city construction based on panel data of 226 prefecture-level cities from 2006–2017. Study shows the following. (1) The construction of smart cities has significantly improved the quality of FDI utilized in pilot cities. (2) Heterogeneity analysis shows that smart city construction significantly contributes to the quality of FDI in the western city subsample and a subsample of cities with low natural resource dependence. After a series of robustness tests and placebo tests, the above conclusions still hold. The results of the study suggest that China should further promote the construction of smart cities to optimize the quality of foreign direct investment and promote high-quality economic growth.
