While solving the shunting scheduling of EMU first-level maintenance (SSEFM), most existing literature assumed a single maintenance route for all trains and considered only a through depot. It neglects the problem-specific characteristics in terms of varied maintenance routes and a stub-end depot, causing the infeasibility of the generated schedule in such particular circumstances. Therefore, the SSEFM problem with flexible maintenance routes in a stub-end depot with a transversal yard configuration is considered in this work. First, a multi-objective mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model is formulated to maximize the reservation time in the storage area, and minimize the overstay time in the cleaning and inspecting areas. The relationship between constraints including flexible maintenance routes, train shunting conflicts, track occupation conflicts, and train arrival/departure times, are coordinated. Subsequently, a heuristic-based enhanced particle swarm optimization algorithm (EPSO) with two improvements is proposed to tackle this NP-hard problem. Specifically, three heuristic rules about the depth-first operation track allocation, the conflict-free bottleneck track allocation, and the right-shift track occupancy repair are designed to ensure the feasibility of the shunting schedule. Accordingly, a three-level decoding mechanism is designed to achieve a near-optimal shunting schedule with great train and route sequences. Two improvements on crossover and mutation operators are developed to enhance the exploration and exploitation ability. Finally, a real-world instance in China is solved to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed model and algorithm. The HIV‐1 pandemic has persisted for four decades, and poses a major challenge to global public health. Shenzhen, a city with large number of migrant populations in China, is suffering HIV‐1 epidemic. It is necessary to continuously conduct the molecular surveillance among newly diagnosed HIV‐1 patients in these migrant population. In this study, plasma samples of newly diagnosed and ART‐naive HIV‐1 infections were collected from Shenzhen city in China. The partial genes of HIV‐1 gag and pol were amplified and sequenced for the analysis of genotype, drug resistance, and molecular transmission network. Ninety‐one sequences of pol gene were obtained from newly diagnosed HIV‐1 infections in Shenzhen, and seven HIV‐1 subtypes were revealed in this investigation. Among them, the circulating recombinant form (CRF) 07_BC was the mostly frequent subtype (53.8%, 49/91), followed by CRF01_AE (20.9%, 19/91), CRF55_01B (9.9%, 9/91), unique recombinant forms (URFs) (8.8%, 8/91), B (3.3%, 3/91), CRF59_01B (2.2%, 2/91), and CRF08_BC (1.1%, 1/91). The overall prevalence of pretreatment drug resistance (PDR) was 23.1% (21/91), and 52.38% (11/21) of the PDR was specific for the nonnucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs). Furthermore, a total of 3091 pol gene sequences were used to generate 19 molecular transmission clusters, and then one growing cluster, a new cluster, and a cluster with growth reactivation were identified. The result revealed that more sexual partner, CRF_07BC subtype, and seven amino acid deletions in gag p6 region might be the influencing factors associated with the high risk of transmission behavior. Compared with CRF01_AE subtype, CRF07_BC subtype strains were more likely to form clusters in molecular transmission network. This suggests that long‐term surveillance of the HIV‐1 molecular transmission should be a critical measure to achieve a precise intervention for controlling the spread of HIV‐1 in China. Compared with the nucleic acid amplification test (NATT), the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2) rapid antigen self‐testing (RAST) has advantages in speed and convenience. However, little is known about people's acceptance and influencing factors for SARS‐CoV‐2 RAST. A cross‐sectional study was conducted from April 21 to 30, 2022 in China. The χ2 test and multivariate logistic regressions were used to identify the influencing factors. The structural equation model was used to test the extended protective motivation theory (PMT) model hypotheses. Among the total of 5107 participants, 62.5% were willing to accept the SARS‐CoV‐2 RAST. There were significant differences in acceptance among different residences (p < 0.001), educational level (p < 0.001), occupation (p < 0.001), monthly income (p < 0.001), travel frequency (p < 0.05), and feelings about NATT (p < 0.001). Response efficacy (β = 0.05; p = 0.025) and self‐efficacy (β = 0.84; p < 0.001) had a positive effect, while response cost showed a negative effect (β = −0.07; p < 0.001). The public's major concerns about SARS‐CoV‐2 RAST are its reliability, testing method, price, and authority. Overall, a moderate intention to use SARS‐CoV‐2 RAST was found among the Chinese population. The extended PMT can be used for the prediction of intention to accept the RAST. The promotion of the booster shots against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2) infection is an open issue to be discussed. Little is known about the public intention and the influencing factors regarding the booster vaccine. A cross‐sectional survey in Chinese adults was conducted using an online questionnaire, which designed on the basis of protection motivation theory (PMT) scale and vaccine hesitancy scale (VHS). Hierarchical multiple regression was used to compare the fitness of the PMT scale and VHS for predicting booster vaccination intention. Multivariable logistic regression was used to analyze the factors associated with the acceptance. Six thousand three hundred twenty‐one (76.8%) of participants were willing to take the booster shot. However, the rest of the participants (23.2%) were still hesitant to take the booster vaccine. The PMT scale was more powerful than the VHS in explaining the vaccination intention. Participants with high perceived severity (adjusted odds ratio [aOR] = 0.69) and response cost (aOR = 0.47) were less willing to take the booster shots, but participants with high perceived susceptibility (aOR = 1.19), response efficacy (aOR = 2.13), and self‐efficacy (aOR = 3.33) were more willing to take the booster shots. A new cyclolanostane triterpenoid glycoside, soulieoside O (1), together with 25-O-acetylcimigenol-3-O-β-d-xylopyranoside (2) and cimigenol-3-O-β-d-xylopyranoside (3), was isolated from the rhizomes ofSouliea vaginata. Their structures were characterized by spectroscopic analysis and chemical methods. Background: Currently, most postpartum posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) screening scales used in China are general PTSD scales which are not compiled specifically for pregnant women and thus cannot reflect the unique needs of this population. This study aimed to translate the City Birth Trauma Scale (City BiTS) into Chinese and validate its psychometric characteristics in Chinese postpartum women., Methods: After translation, back-translation, and expert discussion, 596 mothers at 1 to 12 months postpartum filled out the questionnaires through the Internet. The reliability and validity of the translated questionnaire were tested., Results: The Cronbach's α coefficient of the Chinese version of City BiTS (City BiTS-C) was 0.889, the test-retest reliability was 0.86, and the content validity was 0.93. Exploratory factor analysis extracted two factors accounted for 63.148% of the variance. The City BiTS-C had appropriate construct validity in the Chinese culture (root mean square error of approximation [RMSEA] = 0.048, <0.05; χ 2 /df = 2.666, <3). The values of the incremental fit index (IFI) and the Tucker-Lewis coefficient (TLI) were 0.990 and 0.976, which identified that the model was a good fit for the data. The values of the comparative fit index (CFI) and the normed fit index (NFI) were 0.890 and 0.873, respectively., Conclusions: The City BiTS-C is a reliable and valid measure to screening and diagnosis the postpartum PTSD among new mothers who gave birth in the past year in mainland China., Implications: The City BiTS-C is a short, reliable, and valid instrument that measures the symptoms of postpartum PTSD, and it is recommend for clinical screening., (© 2022 Japan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology.)

Background: COVID-19 pandemic continues to pose a huge threat to public health. Mass vaccination is needed to achieve herd immunity against SARS-CoV-2. Currently, several vaccines are being inoculated on a large-scale. The willingness of COVID-19 vaccination had been well investigated in the pre-vaccination era, but no reported data in the post-vaccination era yet., Methods: We conducted a large-scale survey among industrial workers during the vaccination campaign in China. Chi-square test and rank sum test were used to identify differences for various intentions regarding COVID-19 vaccination. Univariate analysis and multivariate regression models were utilized to analyze the relationship among demographic factors, related influencing factors and acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination., Results: A total of 23,940 industrial workers were included, 66.0% were willing to take COVID-19 vaccine, 16.6% were unwilling, and 17.4% were unsure. Participants were more likely to get vaccinated if they were male, aged 45-65, being good educated, married, or being recommended by doctors or nurses. Participants with strong risk perception of COVID-19 infection, strong confidence in COVID-19 vaccine, high attention to COVID-19 vaccine, good health status, bad health habit, and a history of vaccination within three months were also more likely to be vaccinated., Conclusions: This study calls for more attention and health-related education among industrial workers to improve their acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination.

Schistosomiasis japonica is currently one of the most serious parasitic diseases and over 670000 people are infected in China by the end of 2006. In order to establish an effective diagnostic method, the gene coding for Sj14-3-3 and Sj26kDa GST were cloned and expressed separately in Escherichia coli as fusion protein with His-tag. The rSj14-3-3 and 26kDa rSjGST were combinedly used as antigens for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) to diagnose acute and chronic S. japonica. Our results showed that the sensitivity in diagnoses of both acute and chronic schistosomiasis was 94.4% (67/71) and 80.7% (96/119), respectively. The specificity was 94.7% applying 132 sera from people living in S. japonicum-free areas. The data also showed that the recombinant proteins cross-react with Clonorchis sinensis and hookworms at a rate of 11.8% and 5.3% respectively. Parallel tests were conducted among ELISA, indirect hemagglutination assay (IHA) and circular ovum precipitin test (COPT) to determine anti-S. japonicum antibodies in sera of patients with schistosomiasis, healthy control, and those infected with other parasites and the results showed no significant difference in sensitivity for acute schistosomiasis between ELISA and IHA assays (chi(2)=1.33, P>0.05), but significant between ELISA and COPT assays (chi(2)=6.72, P<0.01). Our results also revealed significant difference in positive rate between ELISA and IHA (chi(2)=24.74, P<0.005), as well as between ELISA and COPT (chi(2)=58.14, P<0.005). These results suggest that the rSj14-3-3 and r26kDa SjGST would be effective diagnostic antigens for detection of antibodies to S. japonicum in human. Due to the easy production, high sensitivity and specificity, the recombinant proteins tested in this study can be considered as candidate reagent for immunological diagnosis of human schistosomiasis.
