In April 2022, a novel Goose adenovirus (GoAdV) isolated from diseased Lion head gooses exhibiting swelling and hemorrhage of liver and kidney, accumulation of fluid in pericardial, in Fujian province of China. The GoAdV was propagated in goose embryo fibroblasts (GEFs), the morphological properties of the virions were studied by electron microscopy, and the full genome sequence was determined and analyzed. The results revealed that the infected cells became round and clustered like grapes, virions accumulated and were arranged in crystal lattice formations in the nucleus of GEFs with a diameter of ∼80 nm. The new isolate (named CH-FJZZ-202201) has a viral genome size of 43,480 bp and shared 96.69% sequence identity with GoAdV-4 (P29), representing the species Goose aviadenovirus A. Phylogenetic analysis showed that CH-FJZZ-202201 was in the same genetic evolutionary branch with the viruses of Aviadenovirus and was the closest relative to GoAdV-4 P29/Hungary. Intercity lighting data are an important resource for studying spatial and temporal patterns in regional urban development as an indicator of the intensity of urban social and economic activity. Understanding the evolutionary characteristics of the spatial pattern of regional economic development can support decision‐making in regional economic coordination and sustainable development strategies. Based on a long time series of nighttime lighting data from 1992 to 2020, this study used the Theil index, Markoff transfer matrix, spatial autocorrelation, and spatial regression to analyze spatiotemporal evolutionary characteristics and drivers of urban economic development in China. The study found that from 1992 to 2020, China's economic development hot spots have been concentrated in highly developed urban agglomerations namely the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, Shandong Peninsula, Yangtze River Delta, and Pearl River Delta. Cold spots were mainly concentrated in the central‐west and southwest of the country. The economic growth rate shows an opposite spatial pattern, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the national coordinated development strategy for regions. The Theil index for urban economic development in China shows an overall downward trend, and the overall economic disparity is mainly due to the relatively low economic development of Tibet, Xinjiang, Gansu, and other western provinces. Therefore, regional economic development remains significantly uneven. In China, the economic type of cities is relatively stable, and the probability of leapfrogging types is low; however, the level of cities with high resource dependence or a single economic structure easily downgrades. The level of economic development and the related socioeconomic factors of neighboring cities influence an obvious spatial spillover effect in the development of urban economies in China. The pattern of China's urban economic development is mainly affected by innovation capacity, financial support, capital investment, transportation infrastructure, and industrial structure. Hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae (hvKP) has been increasingly reported over the past three decades and causes severe infections. To increase our understanding of hvKP at the genome level, genome sequencing and comparative genome analysis were performed on 6 hvKPs. The whole genome DNA from 6 hvKPs with different capsular serotypes isolated in China was extracted. The genome sequencing and assembly results showed the genome size of the six hvKPs and GC content. Comparative analyses of the genomes revealed the gene homology and genome rearrangement in the 6 hvKPs compared with Klebsiella pneumonia NTUH-K2044. The phylogenetic tree based on full-genome SNPs of the 7 hvKPs showed that NTUH-K2044 formed a single clade, showing distant evolutionary distances with the other six strains, and the non-K1 hvKP strains had a relatively closer phylogenetic relationship. BLAST comparison analysis found that some selected virulence genes had different degrees of deletion in the non-K1 hvKPs. SNP-based virulence gene mutation analysis showed that some virulence genes had different degrees of SNP mutations. The whole-genome sequencing and comparative genome analysis of six hvKP strains with NTUH-K2044 provide us with a basic understanding of the genome composition, genetic polymorphism, evolution and virulence genes of hvKP and a basis for further research on these genes and the pathogenesis of hvKP.
