The article describes the promotion of professional interaction among members of Neonatology and Pediatrics Physiotherapy leagues from different colleges in Espírito Santo through interleague events. Events called "Interleagues" were held, bringing together academic leagues of neonatology and pediatrics from three private and public colleges. During these events, lectures were given by reference professionals in the field and debates were held on the topics addressed. The interaction between academics and professionals from different colleges provided the exchange of experiences and strengthened the role of physiotherapy in neonatology and pediatrics.
