The article presents information on an international forum, in which experts are asked questions related to pathogen inactivation (PI) of platelet concentrates (PC). The first question is whether pathogen inactivation of PCs been implemented in their country, and which technique is used. The second question is that if pathogen inactivation of PCs has not been implemented, were there any specific reasons for it. Participants include experts from Australia, Canada, and France.
