this article studies the interactions between the institutional professionalization of novice teachers during their first year of teaching and the professional development of the trainee teacher through contact with their tutor. By using the concepts of emergent professionalism and support, we analyze the way in which the tutor develops reflective distancing from practice and professional decentering in relation to the trainee's disciplinary training. The context is the 2016 middle school reform in France in the Guadeloupe regional education authority. In a clinical analysis of the training processes, the aim is to see how these interactions allow the novice teacher to train in the new methods of collaborative and interdisciplinary teaching. The phenomenon of early motherhood, although marginal, is slightly higher in Le Havre than the national average. Support to professional development and even to professionalization of workers, such as teachers, trainers, nurses, social workers, leaders, etc., is currently raising researcher's interest especially in Education Sciences. Nevertheless, little research has been conducted on non-graduates young people's accompaniment while many programs have been developed, especially in France, to support their professional integration. The purpose of this paper is to examine the links between trainers' accompanying logic and the conscious awareness of competencies of young people without qualifications. This study highlights how support practices are organized by trainers to help young people in precarious situations to become aware of their competencies by encouraging their reflexivity, their autonomy and their interactions with the others. There are 24 regional pediatric palliative care resource teams (ERSP) in metropolitan and overseas France. An initial review of the ERSPs was carried out in 2015. Abstract: Aim: This study is a component of the “French Autism Plan 2008–2010”. Its objective is to describe intervention and care practices proposed to people with pervasive developmental disorders (PDD) in three French regions (Île-de-France, Franche-Comté, Nord-Pas-de-Calais). Method: Data were collected by a questionnaire adapted mailed to special education and health care services in three regions (quantitative data) and semi-structured interviews from a sample of professionals (qualitative data). A total of 254 questionnaires (163 from services for children and adolescents, 91 from services for adults) and 48 interviews (21 for children and adolescents, 27 for adults) were analyzed. Results: Intervention and care practices described often lack of specificity and are not enough adapted to people with PDD, particularly in adults’ services. An improvement of practices is nevertheless evidenced, with the development of interventions centered on the development of communication or daily living skills and procedures to manage challenging behaviors, yet not generalized. Important efforts are made regarding training and partnership with ordinary settings. Professionals also wish to better take into account the person''s and his family''s point of view in the individualized program. Conclusion: This study emphasizes lacks and improvement in intervention and care practices for people with PDD in France, and those data might be a useful basis to study the practices’ evolution in the future. Summary: The schooling of the disabled children in ordinary school is a reality in France since seventies. In February 2005, a new law “for the equality of chances and citizenship of handicapped persons”, act the principle of schooling for all. But in the daily, how young children and their parents are received when they ask to enter in infant school? The teams of rehabilitation centers which bring cares, re-education and accompaniment to young disabled children worked in partnership with infant schools to support scholastic incorporation. A group of managers and guiding doctors of the rehabilitation centers in Paris area accomplished an inquiry during the third week of January 2006 to see the conditions of reception (in term of time schooling, modalities of accompaniment) for the children followed in those rehabilitation centers. This schooling appears “satisfying” for two-thirds and for one-third are not. This inquiry shows the differences of reception and a lack of solution adapted for the children in most difficulties and a rigidification of procedures about the installation of this law.
