The article focuses on some innovative ideas adopted by libraries to improve their services. Topics covered include a virtual tour (VT) created by electronic resources librarian at LaGrange College in Georgia, and pet therapy sessions developed by public relations and event coordinator Rebecca Jones for Andersen Library at the University of Wisconsin (UW)-Whitewater. Also mentioned is a stray calico cat that became dear to the staff of Information Today Inc.
