The relevance of the chosen problem is caused by the necessity of finding a model of qualitative growth of specialists training in conditions when cuts in expenditure of the state budget allocated to education occurs annually. Besides, the development of technology inevitably leads to the expansion of the list of subspecialties employers need. The imbalance of demand and supply of labour in the labour market takes place in Russia today. This is due to consequence of inconsistencies between the structures of workforce development in the field of education and the structure of needs of the industries. With this purpose some new models of professional education have been investigated, one of which was dual (or practice-based) learning system. The aim of the study was to analyze and to form the basic principles and proposals on legal regulation of practice-based model of professional education. Methodology: empirical, comparative-historical, system analysis, structural-functional, statistical methods, and scientific methods of cognition are used in the study. Besides the dialectical method of cognition, which allows to consider the phenomena in their interrelation and development is used. The paper formulates the basic principles, benefits of practice-oriented model of professional training, the concept of social partnership in the field of education and forms of implementation of the model. Formed principles and proposals for improving the legislative framework in practice-based learning will help to implement this training model, which allows to overcome the imbalance of staffing requirements on the labour market.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to substantiate the influence of approaches to the economic mechanisms formation for managing supply chains on export and import volumes as well as local cargo transportation. Design/methodology/approach: The study outlines that the information technology use, in particular, highly specialized supply chain management (SCM) software, is necessary for the effective functioning of global supply chains (GSCs). For the purposes of the one-factor regression models of the relationship between the signs for the analyzed factors, volume of external cargo transportation, volume of internal cargo transportation and amount of investment in SCM software were built, and the correlation coefficients were also determined. The research was based on data of the Russian Federation, China and Germany. Findings: According to the results, for local cargo transportation for all three counties (Russian Federation: R² = 0.3679, China: R² = 0.441, Germany: 0.441), the correlation coefficients indicated no connection between the factors under study, while for external ones, they denoted a strong direct relationship: Russian Federation: R² = 0.906, China: R² = 0.8692, Germany: 0.926. It is statistically confirmed that external transportations are carried out by enterprises involved in GSCs, while the local ones are mainly performed by the domestic market-oriented companies. Originality/value: The study presents a model for the formation of economic mechanisms of SCM from the perspective of a systemic approach. It allows for structural analysis of the SCM strategy's impact on the functioning of participants within three management levels (corporate, business and functional). The study contributes to the practical domain of SCM: the results of the study can be applied by top managers of companies in developing SCM strategies, as well as by officials in developing and implementing governmental supply chain-related policies. In terms of scientific contribution, the research can also be of use: its methods and results can be applied by scientists in researching approaches to the economic mechanisms formation for managing supply chains on export and import volumes, as well as local cargo transportation in various countries and regions. The CELSIST subchannel module is described. The results of the simulation of experiments on the flow of liquid metal coolant in model FA are presented: lead-bismuth eutectic alloy in a 19-rod FA on the THEADES stand (Karlsruhe Liquid Metal Laboratory, Germany), sodium in a 19-rod FA on the Bundle 2A FFM stand (ORNL, USA), sodium-potassium eutectic alloy in a 37-rod FA on the 6B stand (IPPE, Russia), sodium in a 37-rod FA with partial blockage of the flow section (Oarai Research Center, Japan). The computed temperature of the coolant and the cladding of fuel-rod simulators are compared with the experimental temperatures. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

New results from the investigation of 2 T superferric model dipoles operating at 4 T/s, 1 Hz are presented. The works are performed within the R&D program on the design of the SIS100 synchrotron at GSI in Darmstadt. One of the main research goals is minimization of overall AC power losses in the magnet at 4 K level. Different modifications of the dipole were proposed and tested experimentally. By the present time, the losses are reduced to about 17 W/m of the magnet length, while the reference Nuclotron dipole produces about 38 W/m in the same operating mode. Essential design details of the model magnets are described and further R&D steps are outlined. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
