Saxifraga yangshuoensis (Saxifragaceae), a new species from Yangshuo County in northeast Guangxi, China, is described and illustrated. It closely resembles S. damingshanensis and S. shennongii in stolons absent, leaves abaxially usually with spots, smallest petals base with yellow spotted, but differs from its leaves thickly papery, slightly revolute when dried, margin subentire, adaxially densely covered glandular hispid, abaxially densely covered with pale green spots, petiole base margin nearly glabrous and petals apex greenish. Combine morphological comparisons and phylogenetic analysis based on psbA-trnH and matK, confirmed that the new species differed from those similar species of S. sect. Irregulares. The new species Oreocharis tianlinensis R.C. Hu, W.B. Xu & Y.Feng Huang is described and illustrated in this paper. It is morphologically similar to Oreocharis aimodisca Lei Cai, Z.L. Dao & F. Wen in leaves elliptic to ovate, calyx 5-parted to the base, corolla yellow, tube robustly tubular, gradually expanded from base to the throat, but differs in blade margin and abaxial main vein and lateral veins, petiole, and calyx densely rust-brown villosus outside; inflorescence 1 (or 2)-flowered, bracts 3; calyx lobes equal, margin entire; stamens 4, didynamous; capsule cylindrical, 3-3.5 cm long, glabrous. Also, O. tianlinensis is morphologically similar to O. longifolia (Craib) Mich.Möller & A. Weber, O. aurantiaca Burtt and O. muscicola (Diels) Mich.Möller & A. Weber in the appearance and color of its flowers, but differs in leaf-blade broadly ovate, base shallow heart, margin crenate; inflorescence 1 (or 2)-flowered, bracts 3; filaments and pistil sparsely glandular puberulent; anthers oblong, separated. Lysimachia sedoides, a rare new species of Primulaceae from a karst cave in northern Guangxi, China, is described and illustrated. It is similar to L. rupestris F.H.Chen & C.M.Hu in having rosette leaves and copiously glandular dots on young parts of shoot apex, but differs markedly in the smaller plant size, fleshy leaf blade, with a size of 10-30 × 3-8 mm, and the length of offsets never exceeding 5 cm. Primulina rufipes Y.L. Su, P. Yang & Yan Liu (Gesneriaceae), a new species from Guangxi, China, is described and illustrated. Molecular phylogenetic analyses unambiguously put this species in Primulina. Morphological observations and comparisons showed that P. rufipes is similar to P. huaijiensis Z.L. Ning & J. Wang, differing by all over the plant densely pubescent and glandular-puberulent, leaf blade elliptic to rhomboid-ovate, and obliquely campanulate corolla without appendages. P. rufipes is also similar to P. yulinensis Ying Qin & Yan Liu and P. gongchengensis Y.S. Lysimachia liujiangensis, a new species of Lysimachia subg. Idiophyton Hand.-Mazz. from central Guangxi, China, is described and illustrated based on morphological and molecular data. The phylogenetic analyses showed that Lysimachia liujiangensis belongs to subg. Idiophyton and closely related to L. millietii (H.Lév.) Hand.-Mazz.. However, Lysimachia liujiangensis can be distinguished from L. millietii by its stems densely dark purple-glandular at the top and terete in upper part, leaf blade oblanceolate, pedicel 1.3–2.2 cm long, dark purple-glandular, calyx lobes 5–7 mm long, dark purple-glandular on both sides and margin. Primulina yulinensis sp. nov. (Gesneriaceae), a new species from the limestone area in Guangxi, China is here described and illustrated. P. yulinensis is similar to P. hezhouensis (W. H. Wu & W. B. Lysimachia fanii, a new species of Lysimachia (Subgen. Idiophyton, Primulaceae), is described and illustrated from Guangxi, China based on morphological and molecular data. Lysimachia fanii differs from L. verbascifolia, L. rupestris and L. alpestris mainly by the habit being nearly rosulate, leaves congested at the apex of the rhizome, leaf blades spatulate to narrowly oblanceolate and flowers solitary. Oreocharis dayaoshanioides Yan Liu & W. B. Xu, a new species of Gesneriaceae from Guangxi, China, is described and illustrated. This new species is most similar and closely related to Oreocharis cotinifolia (W. T. Wang) Mich. Möller & A. Weber (=Dayaoshania cotinifolia W.T. Wang), differing from the latter by the distinctly serrulate leaf margin, much branched cymes, smaller and numerous flowers with abaxial lipped-lobes being broadly ovate to orbicular-ovate, and a glabrous pistil. A new species Aspidistra jingxiensis (Asparagaceae) is described and illustrated from the limestone areas in the Guangxi Zhuangzu Autonomous Region, China. It is similar to A. punctatoides in the shape and size of the flowers, but differs in its perianth lobes 8 (occasionally 10), mushroom-shaped and white pistil, and the glabrous stigma upper surface with four radial, bifurcate deep grooves. Primulina gongchengensis Y.S. Huang & Yan Liu (Gesneriaceae) is described and illustrated as a new species from Guangxi, China. It is similar to P. macrodonta, but its leaves are densely glandular-pubescent on both surfaces, with a cuneate or broadly cuneate base and a repand or crenate margin; densely glandular-pubescent petiole and peduncle; purple corolla, with the tube ca. 1.5 cm long, 6-8 mm in diam. at the mouth; ca. 2 mm long, glabrous anthers; 3 staminodes, the lateral ones 1 mm long and the middle one 0.5 mm long; 1.5-1.8 cm long pistil; ca. 4 mm long ovary; and ca. 1 mm long stigma. Aspidistra erecta Yan Liu & C.-I Peng (Asparagaceae) is described and illustrated as a new species from the limestone areas in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. It resembles A. fungilliformis Y. Wan in floral shape, but differs in its longer pistil than perianth tube, curvulate style, and exserted stigma. In this amazingly diverse genus, A. erecta distinguishes itself as the only Chinese Aspidistra, of over 60 others, having an upright stem. A somatic chromosome count of 2n = 38 and a karyotype formula 2n = 22m+4sm2SC+12st were determined for A. erecta. The new species is known from only two localities in southwestern Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, near the border with northern Vietnam. Chirita leprosa Yan Liu & W. B. Xu, a new species of Gesneriaceae from Guangxi, China, is described and illustrated. The new species is similar to C. wangiana Z. Y. Li, but differs by the leaf blade being elliptic to broadly elliptic, bracts broadly ovate, corolla pale yellow, filaments ca 9 mm long, geniculate near the middle, staminodes 3, and by a different flowering period (Oct-Nov). Two new species of Gesneriaceae, Wentsaiboea tiandengensis Yan Liu & B. Pan and Wentsaiboea luochengensis Yan Liu & W. B. Xu from Karst caves in Guangxi, China are described and illustrated. Wentsaiboea tiandengensis resembles W. renifolia, but differs in the leaf blade being cordate or broadly ovate, the margin crenate or repand, with conspicuous pinnate veins 3-5 on each side, corolla throat constricted, corolla lobes ovate with apex acute, staminodes 3, and ovary broadly ovoid. Wentsaiboea luochengensis is similar to W. renifolia, but can be distinguished from the latter by the coriaceous leaf blade with 2-3 inconspicuous pinnate veins on each side, elliptic or broadly ovate to sub-rotund in shape, with sub-entire margin and attenuate to cuneate or sub-rotund base, broadly ovate or sub-rotund corolla lobes, rotund or obtuse apex, and 3 staminodes. Lysionotus fengshanensis Yan Liu & D. X. Nong, a new species of Gesneriaceae from Guangxi, China, is described and illustrated. Lysionotus fengshanensis is very similar to L. longipedunculatus (W. T. Wang) W. T. Wang, but differs by the peduncle being 2-4 cm long and purple, corolla campanulate, 2.5-3.0 cm long, 1.5-1.7 cm in diameter at the mouth, filaments slightly geniculate near the middle, apex of filaments with gland and staminodes 3. Hemiboea purpurea Yan Liu & W. B. Xu, a new species of Gesneriaceae from Guangxi, China, is described and illustrated. The new species is similar to H. follicularis C. B. Clarke, but differs by smaller leaf blades, 3-10×2-5 cm, corolla purple, ca 2.0-2.5 cm long, exserted from the involucre, filaments glandular-puberulent and staminodes 3.
