The purpose of this study was to evaluate the factors that influence behavioural intention (BI) to use the Online Summary-with Automated Feedback (OSAF) in a MOOCs platform. Task-Technology Fit (TTF) was the main framework used to analyse the match between task requirements and technology characteristics, predictng the utilisation of the technology. The relationships between TTF and BI was moderated by students' performance. This TTF provides an illustration of the extent to which the suitability of technology support for tasks will affect the performance and utilization of technology. There were 9 hypotheses examined in this study. The participants consisted of 151 students at a public university in East Java, Indonesia. In order to analyse the collected data, PLS-SEM (partial least squares -- structural equation modeling) was employed, using SmartPLS 3.0. In this study, several points can be concluded, namely: (1) task characteristics and technology characteristics were not positively and significantly effected by TTF, while students' characteristics had a positive and significant effect on TTF; (2) TTF and utilization which are influenced by social influence, have a positive effect on performance impact. In this case the performance impact is constructed from 3 dimensions, namely: learning performance, personal integrity, self-confidence, except TTF were not postitive and were significantly affected by self-confidence. (3) TTF and performance impact positively influence behavioural intention, except in the dimension of performance impact, personal integrity was not postively and significantly effected by behavioural intention.

There are many problems faced by students in an online discussion forum, specifically regarding platforms that accommodate a large number of students such as the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) platform. One of the problems is that the teacher cannot respond one by one to student comments that may contain questions or ideas. Therefore, the objectives of this research were to develop an adaptive instructional scaffolding feature that can be applied to online discussion forums and to perform usability measurements for this scaffolding. This feature provides an immediate response to student posts in the discussion forum in the form of article recommendations sourced from the Scopus database. These recommendations are based on the students' comments posted on online discussion forums. The development model used in this study is the instructional model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). To test the usability of the developed features, usability measurement using the usefulness, satisfaction, ease of use (USE) questionnaire was employed. The survey was conducted with 137 students at a public university in Indonesia. The results of the measurement showed that the usability level of the features we developed was shown to be high.

One of the success factors in online learning is student engagement. Therefore, the use of technology to influence student engagement in meaningful and effective learning experiences is worthy for investigation. Concept mapping is an effective knowledge construction strategy to help students. This study investigates the influence of concept maps as a formative assessment of online learning and its impact on student engagement and learning outcomes. The design of experiment used the non-equivalent comparison group pretest-posttest. It was included in the quasi-experiment to compare two different groups. The results reveal strong evidence that concept mapping not only improves learning outcomes, but also increases student engagement in all types of tested engagements, namely behavioral, emotional, and cognitive.

The life of a Muslim cannot be separated from the concept of halal in his daily life, especially in food. Indonesia is a country that its major population is Muslim. In Indonesia, Institute For Foods, Drugs, And Cosmetics Indonesian Council Of Ulama as known as LPPOM MUI is an organisation that provides halal food product information. However, lack of information is presented on LPPOM MUI site. Therefore, LODHalal, a Linked Open Data system for halal products is proposed. We introduce a halal vocabulary which extends two food vocabularies. Then, collected data from LPPOM MUI, E-Number, Open Food Facts are transformed to RDF. Also, the RDF data are connected to DBpedia, PubChem and Mesh. We develop a web application and an Android application which provides recommendations on the halal and nutritional status of a food product. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
