This study aims to examine the effect of company growth, company size (SIZE), capital structure, (DER), and profitability (ROE) on company value (PBV) in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample consisted of 194 companies, with 49 selected using purposive sampling techniques. The study used multiple linear regression analysis and company financial statement data from 2018-2020. The coefficient of determination function is to measure how much influence between Company Growth, Company Size, Capital Structure, and Profitability on Company Value. The results of statistical testing show that the company's growth partially affects the value of the company. The size of a large or small company will not be able to affect its value. It also shows that if the company increasingly uses long-term debt to finance its assets, it can increase the value. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This research aims to analyze the influence of a company’s growth, profitability, and free cash flow on the company’s value and the role of dividend policy in moderating this relationship. The research population is 159 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018-2020. The sample is selected using a purposive sampling technique. There are 44 companies as the sample with 132 units of analysis. The data analysis uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) supported by Eviews 9 tool. The results show that growth and profitability influence the company’s value, while free cash flow does not affect the value. A dividend policy can weakly moderate the relationship between a company’s growth and value, but it cannot moderate profitability and free cash flow to the company’s value. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure and company growth on firm value through profitability as variable intervening in consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study is descriptive and associative method through a quantitative approach and the data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and path analysis (path analysis). The population of this research is consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The sample is determined based on the method purposive sampling, with a total sample of 47 companies. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data collection method in this research is document study. Based on the results of the tests conducted, it shows that (1) capital structure has no positive effect on firm value, (2) company growth has no positive effect on firm value, (3) capital structure has a positive effect on profitability, (4) company growth has a positive effect on profitability, (5) profitability has a positive effect on firm value, (6) capital structure has a positive effect on firm value through profitability while company growth has no positive effect on firm value through profitability [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aims to examine the effect of Company Growth, Earnings Per Share, and Capital Structure on Dividend Policy with Company Age as a control variable. This research was conducted using quantitative methods and the data used in this study were secondary data. The population of this study is trading and investment service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 –2022. The sample selection was carried out by purposive sampling method so that research samples were obtained from as many as 34 companies with a total of 167 observations. Research sample data comes from the company's annual report, especially financial statements, and is processed using the SPSS application version 25. The results of hypothesis testing in this study show that Company Growth has a significant negative effect on Dividend Policy, Earnings Per Share has a significant positive effect on Dividend Policy, and Capital Structure has no effect on Dividend Policy. A going concern audit opinion is an audit opinion given on an entity's financial statements when its conditions differ from the assumption of business continuity. This research, therefore, aims to ascertain the impact of company growth, profitability, leverage, financial condition, and previous years' audit opinions on the going concern audit opinions. The data used is quantitative. The real estate and property industry classification companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2019-2021 period were the objects of the research. Purposive sampling was used for the sampling, and 126 companies were obtained. The logistic regression analysis was employed in the data analysis method. According to the study findings, while previous year audit opinions had an impact, company growth, profitability, leverage, and financial condition had no impact on going concern audit opinion. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of company growth, investment opportunity set, and debt covenant variables on accounting conservatism. This study used a sample of 60 respondent data consisting of 20 (twenty) companies with the consumer good sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2022 period. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and using the explanatory method. Collecting data in this study used a document review technique, where data collection was carried out by reviewing the related company's financial statements. descriptive statistical analysis, by carrying out the coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research was conducted using the Eviews program version 12. The results show that: 1) Company Growth has no partial effect on Accounting Conservatism; 2) Investment Opportunity Set partially has no effect on Accounting Conservatism; 3) Debt Covenant partially has a positive and significant influence on Accounting Conservatism; and 4) Debt Covenant, Investment Opportunity Set, and Debt Covenant have a significant influence on Accounting Conservatism. According to the coefficient of determination test, which finds an R Square value of 0.731617 or 73.16%, the independent variables in this study are able to explain the dependent variable of 73.16%. This shows that Company Growth, Investment Opportunity Set, Debt Covenant together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on accounting conservatism. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aims to examine the effect of economic determinants on Capital Structure as measured by Profitability, Company Size, Company Growth, Asset Structure, Liquidity, Effective Tax Rate, Business Risk in LQ 45 Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX in the 2015 – 2019 Period. The information used in this study came from the company's annual report, which was made available to the public via the Indonesia Stock Exchange or the company's website. Purposive sampling was employed, with a total sample size of 135 samples. Multiple linear regression analysis was utilized to analyze the data in this study. Classic assumption testing, such as descriptive analysis, chow test, Hausman test, LM test, data normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation, had previously been performed on the data. The research data were found to be regularly distributed during the observation period. No variables diverged from the traditional assumptions based on the normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests. This demonstrates that employing several linear regression equation models, the given data met the requirements. The variables of company size, company growth, effective tax rate, and business risk do not have a substantial effect on capital structure, according to this study. In Indonesia, the government invites business actors to jointly reduce greenhouse gas emissions through disclosure of carbon emissions. Disclosure of carbon emissions in Indonesia is still voluntary (voluntary disclosure), so not all companies disclose this information in their reports. The purpose of this article is to assess the impact of factors such as company size, profitability, company growth, environmental committees, and gender diversity on carbon emission disclosure by Indonesia's manufacturing companies. For the study, the authors selected 16 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The activities of these companies are the subject of study. To measure the extent of the carbon emission disclosure, a checklist is developed based on the measurement sheet provided by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). The CDP is an organisation based in the United Kingdom which supports companies and cities to disclose the environmental impact of major corporations. The main idea of the project is that environmental reporting and risk management should become a business norm in order to ensure sustainable development of the economy. The study results show that company size has an effect on the level of carbon emission disclosure. The bigger is the company -- the greater is the pressure that results from its economic activities. Therefore, the government and the public pay more attention to such business entities. It prompts the company to disclose its carbon emissions. At the same time, such factors as profitability, company growth, environmental committee and gender diversity do not affect on carbon emission disclosure. It was found that the level of carbon emission disclosure among Indonesia's manufacturing companies is very low, and therefore the government and society need to take measures to increase the responsibility of business entities for environmental pollution.
