This paper records a further locality on the Isle of Wight (VC10) for Epermenia insecurella (Stainton, 1849), following the rediscovery of the species there in 2018. We describe the larva in more detail than in the few British larval accounts that we have traced, together with images, as well as providing a description, again with images, of the pupa as this has apparently not previously been described in the British literature. An account is given of two species of hymenopterous parasitoids reared, one of which may only have been previously recorded once before in the British Isles, in England in 1991. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
