- Abstract
Dried apples (dice 298 samples, powder 35 samples) imported from Italy 1976 to 1982 were analyzed for organochlorine pesticides. All values lay well below the legal limits of the German Federal Republic. DDT residues in apple powder were higher than in apple dice, but DDT values decreased significantly during the time of examination.
