Tourist's distribution is a vector in which the ith element refers to the tourist's arrive number of the node i at a certain time in scenic. A better forecast of tourist's distribution in real time will produce a better the scenic planning. In this paper, firstly we set up a dynamic recursion prediction model and transform its parameters estimation into optimal control problem. Secondly, time-varying based adaptive dynamic programming algorithm is designed as solution method. Thirdly, a route split method is introduced to split tourist's sightseeing route into multi-resolution network so that the prediction results can be handled to realize the prediction of multi-resolution in real-time. Transforming the development way of tourism industry from the extensive mode to intensive one towards low-carbon economy is coming in the context of a variety of global environmental problems. For tourist attractions, how to advocate and achieve decarbonated development based on system engineering is a new subject deserving to be discussed. This paper proposes system dynamics model of scenic area to research the development status of decarbonated tourist attractions system from subsystems of economic operation, social development, environmental protection, constructive guarantee and makes the sensitivity analysis of carbon emissions handling rate in scenic area, and takes Jiuzhaigou Valley as the subject of simulation to do an empirical analysis, finding that carbon emissions handling rate would have a threshold. When reaching the threshold, it will not be the key factor affecting the process of decarbonated development, and carbon emissions per benefit in Jiuzhaigou Valley is declining to meet the requirement of sustainable development and in the process of decarbonated trend. During the peak travel period, the high concentration of tourists in a short time results in great negative influence for the scenic areas, therefore, more and more researchers from all research areas have paid attention to the protection of the environment of scenic areas for the scarce resources. Traditional researches mainly take the stand of administrators and neglect the tourist's behaviour characteristics. Surveys indicate that tourists perform specific behaviour characteristics during their journey, including choosing travel destinations according to personal preference, avoiding crowded scenic spots, and making the scenic spot, which is nearer, their first choice. This paper proposes shunt strategies based on the three behaviour characteristics mentioned above. With Jiuzhaigou as a case study, the simulation model for Jiuzhaigou tourists' shunt is made. On the basis of this model, the effectiveness of the previous three schemes can be compared. Then, the PCD coordinate coefficient, which can comprehensively reflect the previous three behaviour characteristics, is built. Through the simulation contrast, the strategy based on this coordinate coefficient shows comparatively good features. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
