Elderly and handicapped tourism, which includes applications made by people trained in this field in geriatric centers, elderly care and disabled rehabilitation centers for the care and rehabilitation of elderly and disabled individuals, has made significant progress in the last 10 years and has become a large market, especially with the increase in the rates of elderly and disabled people in developed countries. started to become. Although it has taken important steps to get its share from the market in our country and has started to develop, there has still not been a sufficient level of development in elderly and disabled care tourism. In this study, elderly and disabled care tourism has been examined in a theoretical framework and with SWOT analysis, it has been tried to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of elderly and disabled care tourism within the scope of Kayseri province and the opportunities and threats it has. In this direction, secondary data were obtained from the data and reports of official and private institutions and organizations and from domestic and foreign literature. In the study, the elderly and disabled tourism practices in the world and in Turkey are given as an example, the opportunities and threats in Kayseri's elderly and disabled care tourism have been examined and practical solutions have been proposed. The aim of this study is to evaluate the satisfaction and organizational commitment levels of healthcare professionals in private healthcare institutions serving within the scope of medical tourism. In addition, it is to reveal the relationship between satisfaction and organizational commitment levels of healthcare workers and whether those two factors differ according to demographic characteristics. The research population consists of healthcare professionals working in private health institutions that have the Ministry of Health tourism authorization certificate in Kayseri. Accordingly, a questionnaire was applied to 346 healthcare workers working in private health institutions. In the study, "Personal Information Form", "Employee Satisfaction Scale" and "Organizational Commitment Scale" were used as data collection tools. Percentage and frequency distributions, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA test and Pearson correlation analysis were used in the analyzes performed with the SPSS 22 (Statistical Package of Social Sciences) package program used in the analysis of the obtained data. According to the results of the research, it is seen that there is a positive significant relationship between the satisfaction and organizational commitment levels of healthcare workers (r =, 620; p =, 000 <0.05). It has been revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between attendance, emotional and normative commitment, which are sub-dimensions of organizational commitment, and satisfaction levels. It is seen that the average level of satisfaction of the participants (3.24) and the mean organizational commitment level (3.16) are higher than the scale average limit value (2.50). According to other findings, the satisfaction levels of healthcare workers did not differ according to gender and marital status variables, and showed significant differences according to demographic variables such as title, age, education level, working time, monthly income.
