The article presents information on the study conducted for the effects of salinity on the activities of puffer embryos. It informs that most puffer fishes are found in the regions of China, Japan, and Korea. It states that the experiment was conducted by mixing fresh water with proportions of different sea salts. It is also stated that many embryos died in the salinities. Several graphs and bar diagrams including one on mortality rate of obscure puffer are also presented.
