This study aims to identify the attitude of teachers regarding the Ministry of Education new resolution number 76/2003, which concerns updating the educational ranking system in Kuwait. Therefore, the study will try to review the teachers' opinion in general, about the advantages and disadvantages of this new resolution. In the beginning, a brief background of the new resolution will be presented. The study also will attempt to highlight the previous literature of both Arabic and Western studies, there are many complex studies on the subject, some direct and others indirect. The random sample of the study includes 650 female teachers, all over Kuwait has been taken. Under the feminism of primary stage schools in Kuwait, the study focuses on female teachers only. The researchers applied a questionnaire that focuses on three major factors namely: Educational district, teaching models and educational experience. As a conclusion of the study, we came across this resolution and it must be reconsidered. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
