This paper presents a regional groundwater vulnerability assessment for Lebanon using the DRASTIC model coupled wit/i a C IS-based framework to prioritize protection efforts, whereby the most vulnerable areas to groundwater are targeted first, thus optimizing the allocation of financial and human resources.
